注塑模具零件分类体系及其参数化图库研究

【摘要】 成组技术已在制造业的许多领域得到了广泛的应用,但在模具行业的应用几乎还是空白。本文的工作以在模具生产中推行成组技术为背景展开。在模具生产中高效地应用成组技术,建立适合注塑模具的分类编码系统是首要的工作;为了满足成组设计(GT-CAD)的要求,在对注塑模具零件合理分类的基础上,需要开发注塑模具零件参数化图库。参数化图库是成组技术在模具CAD中的具体应用。 本文运用成组技术原理,在对注塑模具零件结构特点和功能分析的基础上,对注塑模具零件的结构与工艺特征的分类标志进行总结,制定了一套适用于注塑模具零件的分类编码系统。该分类编码系统较完整地描述了零件的结构、工艺等方面的信息。它适用于模具零件的设计、工艺规划、管理等各个阶段。 依据本文制定的注塑模具分类编码系统,将注塑模具零件按照特征码位法进行编码分类。依据分类结果构建了参数化图库的框架。 选用JAVA语言以及Pro/E提供的开发接口J_Link作为开发工具,结合Pro/E软件自带的族表(Family Table)功能,应用作图法与编程法,开发了以Pro/E为平台的注塑模具零件参数化图库。系统可以根据用户选择的参数自动生成相应三维模型。 最后,以拉板、导套为例说明该图库的应用过程与方法,表明系统具有良好的实用性。 注塑模具零件分类编码系统及其参数化图库的建立,方便了注塑模具零件的设计、工艺信息的搜集与检索,直接的效益是提高了注塑模具设计效率,促进了成组技术在注塑模具生产中的应用。

【Abstract】 GT (Group Technology) has been widely applied in mechanical manufacture industry. But there is little application in mold technology. In order to take full advantage of GT in mold technology, the first work is to set up the classification and coding system, which is fit for injection mold. At the same time in order to satisfy GT-CAD demands, the parameter library for injection mold on the base of classification of the injection mold parts must be built. The library is the result of GT application in mold CAD.According to GT principle, a set of coding system for injection mold is built on the base of injection mold structure feature and function analysis by sorting out the classification mark. The design and manufacture information is contained in the system. It can be used for parts designs, layout of process and management. In addition, the system can be used as classification rule for mold parts.According to the coding system, the injection mold parts are sorted by feature. A library frame is established on the classification result.At last, choosing JAVA and the interface supplied by Pro/E as the development tools, an injection mold parameter library is developed on Pro/E platform by manipulating allying Family Table function. The system can generate the corresponding 3D model in the light of the customer parameter. At the end of the paper the examples explain the operation process of the system.The research result is convenient for retrieving and collecting design and process information, the most obvious effect is that efficiency of mold design is improved. It promotes the GT utilization in injection mold production.
