长春火车站站北轴心地区城市形态塑造

【摘要】 人类在设计城市的过程中经历了由它组到自组、它律到自律、无序到有序的思想和行为动作过程。目前，我国正处于一个城市化迅猛发展的时期，各大城市都在以前所未有的规模进行着旧城的更新与新城的开发。长春火车站北站房的建设使得站北轴心地区将成为未来城市化空间结构中的重要环节、城市交通结构中的重要部分，无疑是当前长春城市建设的一个重要组成部分，对其城市形态发展辩证综合的分析认识显得尤为重要及紧迫。 本文通过长春火车地区站南站北的综合研究，探析长春火车站站北轴心地区发展变化趋势及空间发展策略，做出轴心地段的概念性规划设计，直接为长春火车站站北地区未来的发展提供一种分析、建议，以供决策。对待长春站北轴心地区城市形态的塑造，本文以三个基本观念为基础(即市场观、人文观、整体观)，分别探析站北轴心地区城市形态体系中的土地利用、空间与景观发展、交通发展策略。 通过综合的调查研究、理论及实践参照，得出站北轴心地区作为站北地区发展的触媒点，土地利用特征应是多功能的城市综合区；空间发展应延续站南地区的轴特征，并提出该区域的规划建立轴、网、核的叠合系统，同时地区风貌应具有新时代的整体形象；站北轴心区的交通应提前考虑到未来快速轨道的建设，有机的进行交通缝合，形成立体化的城市空间，最后，得出站北轴心地区的城市形态塑造策略的根本：整合设计。更多还原

Current, our country is being placed in the period that a city turn fast fierce development, each big city is all at proceed the renewal of the old city with the unprecedented scale and the development of the new city .Developments of the north station in train station in Changchun make stands the north axis region will become the important link, city transportation importance in the construction part that future city . rising current an importance of Changchun developments to constitute the part doubtless, as to it’s the city appearance develops the analysis cognition that dialectical synthesize seems to be particularly for important and urgent.This text passes Changchun train region stands the south stands to synthesize the research northly, discussion and analysis Changchun train station stands north axis region development variety trend and space development strategy, do the concept programming of the axis district design, directly for Changchun train station stands the future development in north region provides a kind of analysis, suggestion, to provide the decision.
