轻钢板肋墙体的竖向受力研究

【摘要】 轻钢结构住宅作为钢结构技术的一种,在国外是被广泛采用的一种建筑形式,在我国近年来才得到发展,国内企业现在大多数引进欧美成套的技术和建筑材料生产线,在国内进行生产和安装。由于国外的建筑结构规范与我国存在较大的差异,所以对这种结构的受力进行理论及实验方面的研究就非常必要了。 本文介绍和比较了美国《冷弯型钢钢结构构件设计规范》和我国现行《冷弯薄壁型钢结构技术规范》关于截面有效宽度的算法;从理论上引用了美国《冷弯型钢结构构件设计规范》中有关龙骨在两翼缘有相同的罩面板支撑条件下受竖向荷载作用时的不同破坏模式及其承载力计算公式;通过单根龙骨及两侧加板的龙骨承载力实验进行对比,对其进行验证,得出了通过板在自身平面内很大的抗侧移刚度约束龙骨沿截面弱轴发生弯曲屈曲,从而使龙骨的屈曲模式发生改变,提高龙骨承受竖向荷载约20%等结论。 同时本文还对今后从事此类实验的研究人员提出建议。

【Abstract】 Lightweight steel stucture residence is one kind of steel stuctures technique, which has been adopted widely in outside world as a kind of architecture form and just has been developed laterly in our country these years. Depending on the whole series of technique and building material product line of Occident countries, most of domestic corporations product and assemble the residences at home. Because of the existing obvious differences between the building codes in overseas and that in civil, it is quite necessary for us to reserch the load bearing performance of this stucture in theory and experiment aspect.This article introduces and compares the calculation mode of section valid width in Amercian "Cold-Formed Steel Structural Member Design Code" and in civil "Cold-Formed Steel Structural technique Code". And introduces the carrying capacity calculation formula and diverse destructive modes of the steel stud with same surface board linked on both side edges under vertical load in Amercian "Cold-Formed Steel Structural Member Design Code", and validated the conclusion with contrast experiments by single steel studs and steel studs with same surface board linked on both side edges, get a conclusion that surface boards restrict the bending flection of stud in weak axis direction of section by his strong side-move-resist rigid in oneself plane, consequently make the bending flection modes of stud change, and heighten the load bearing capacity of studs about 20 pencent.Futhermore this article also brings forward some advices on the ones who will do same experiments in the future.
