含氨基TPA衍生物的合成研究

【摘要】 烷烃的功能化研究是当今催化领域的研究热点。随着世界能源短缺问题日益突出,储量巨大的天然气(主要是甲烷)开发利用越来越受到人们的重视。甲烷直接氧化成甲醇是目前烷烃的功能化研究的重点之一。 TPA-Fe(TPA=Tris-(2-Pyridylmethyl)Amine)配合物具有很好的催化活性,能在外加双氧水或过氧化物的条件下,温和的使烷烃羟基化,由人工模拟光合作用的研究得到启示,采用双核体系,即由PSII中的{[Ru(bpy)3]-Mn(TPA)}衍生出{[Ru(bpy)3]-Fe(TPA)}的光驱动金属络合物催化氧化体系的构造,由分子内的光激发电子转移,体系中自生成高价金属过氧化中间体,来代替外加过氧化物,完成真正意义上的温和条件下的光驱动金属催化氧化烷烃。 结合已经报道的TPA类化合物及其衍生物,为保留TPA的配位活性位点选择位阻最小的β位引入取代基。在保持光敏剂与催化活性中心的相对独立与完整的条件下,主要对中间桥链变化,设计并合成出不同长短的柔性链八种和刚性链一种,共计九种新型TPA衍生物,其中含有伯胺基团的中间体四种。化合物全部通过电喷雾质谱与核磁共振谱的详细表征,结构完全正确。 在合成过程中,详细探讨每一步的合成条件,考察了不同温度,反应时间以及溶剂、反应路径、分离提纯条件等等的影响,得到了较合理的全合成路线,发现系列化合物的反应温度和产率随取代基链长变化有规律性的变化。对此类化合物的进一步的合成研究有指导意义。
【Abstract】 The C-H bonds in saturated hydrocarbons are chemically transformed with difficulty duo to their large dissociation bond energies around 397.3 kj mol-1. Therefore the functionalization of alkanes requires either severe conditions as realized for industrial autoxidation process or extremely reactive reagents. Major current objectives are the elucidation of the mechanisms for the catalytic oxygen activation by different oxygenase enzymes and structure related model systems as well as designing new highly efficient and selective oxidation catalysts.(TPA-Fe) (TPA = Tris-(2-Pyridylmethyl) Amine) complexes have good catalytic activity in the oxidation of alkane into alkanol with peroxides under mild conditions. In our study on mimic of photosynthesis, the new complex {[Ru(bpy)3]-Fe(TPA)}has been designed. It is expected to create high-value metal-peroxide intermediate by intramolecule photoinduced electron transfer, and drive the oxidation by light.In view of future developments of TPA-based iron systems with functional groups, we have designed and prepared nine novel TPA derivatives in which one of the TPA ligands is monosubstituted in the B-position of pyridyl arm by flexible chain or rigid chain. The steric hindrance provided by the a-substituted arm pushed it away from the coordination site is avoided. Some of them contain free amino groups, which could link other photosensitizers.In the process of synthesis, the reactive temperature, time, solvent, and purification methods have been optimized.
