降低CA6110ZLA5型柴油机排放的试验研究

【摘要】 我国将在2004年9月执行相当于欧洲Ⅱ号标准的排放法规,即要求NOx、HC、CO、PM等有害排放物的比排放量分别不得大于7.0g/(kW·h)、1.1g/(kW·h)、4.0g/(kW·h)和0.15g/(kW·h)。目前国内只有少数国产机型和进口机型满足该标准,因此采取措施降低排放,使之满足日益严格的标准成为当务之急。 针对CA6110ZLA5型柴油机,其HC和CO的排放已经满足欧Ⅱ标准,因此主要应使NOx和PM的排放达到要求。污染物的形成和燃烧过程密切相关,而燃烧过程的完善程度取决于喷油及燃烧系统的特性,因此怎样合理选用燃油系统参数来优化直喷式柴油机的喷油规律和组织合理的燃烧过程,从而降低柴油机排放就显得尤为重要。 作者首先在喷油泵试验台上进行了喷油规律优化试验,通过考察燃油系统各种参数对直喷式柴油机喷油过程的影响,找到了CA6110ZLA5型柴油机合理的喷油规律。通过分析缸内流场及混合气形成对污染物生成带来的影响,设计了新型的燃烧室。 本文主要从机内净化的角度论述了CA6110ZLA5型柴油机排放控制方法。通过台架试验研究,对柴油机匹配不同的燃油系统、增压器及燃烧室,考察各个参数对排放的影响,从而得出优化匹配方案,在经济性和动力性不变的同时,使该机型的污染物排放量最终分别为:NOx 6.81g/(kW·h)、PM 0.141g/(kW·h)、HC 0.88g/(kW·h)、CO 1.01g/(kW·h),达到了欧Ⅱ排放标准。通过理论分析和试验研究,为今后其它机型的开发提供了理论依据和经验。
【Abstract】 China will enforce emission control regulations corresponding with Europe II standard in September, 2004. Under the regulations, NOx emission will be no more than 7.0g/ (kW h) , PM 0.15 g/ (kW h) , HC 1.1 g/ (kW h) and CO 4.0 g/ (kW h) . For the moment there are only a few kinds of home-made engines and engines imported meeting this standard in China, so it’s urgent to take measures to lower exhaust emission so as to meet stricter and stricter emission criterions.For CA6110ZLA5 Diesel engine, its HC and CO emission have meet the Europe II standard, so our chief task is to lower the NOx and PM emission. The formation of pollutant has a tight relation with combustion process, while the perfection degree of combustion process rests with characters of the injection and combustion system, so how to choose parameters of fuel injection and combustion systems reasonably to optimize the fuel injection law and to properly organize combustion process thus to lower emission is very vital.To begin with, author carried on injection law optimization experiments on a test bed. Through examining how various parameters of fuel injection system influence fuel injection process of D.I. Diesel engine, author found the sound fuel injection law for CA6110ZLA5 Diesel. After analyzing the influence of flow field and formation of mixed gases on creation of pollutant, author designed a new type of combustion chamber.Measures to control emissions of CA6110ZLA5 Diesel engine from the interior purification angle are presented. Through test bed experiments, different fuel injection systems turbochargers and combustion chambers were matched to the machine. Influence of various parameters on emissions was checked, with which a optimization matching scheme was finally drawn. The pollutant emissions are: NOx 6.81 g/ (kW h) PM 0.141 g/ (kW h) HC0.88g/ (kW h), CO 1.01 g/ (kW h) . They all meet the Euro II standard. , while its dynamic capability and economic performance are at the original level. During the development as well as the experimental investigation, whereby to provide the theoretic basis and practical experience for future development of other types of Diesel engine.
