单片机实现的仿人智能PID控制器

【摘要】 PID控制是一种应用非常广泛的控制技术。然而,在工业生产过程中往往具有非线性,时变不确定性,难以建立精确的数学模型,应用传统PID控制,不能达到理想控制效果。本文是在传统PID的基础上,加入仿人智能控制的方法,设计了智能PID控制器。 仿人智能控制是依靠准确识别误差的各种特征而做出相应的决策,并通过多模态转换、开闭环相结合的模式进行控制。依靠灵活巧妙的识别、决策、再识别、再决策的控制方式,使得本来处于矛盾地位的控制品质(快速性、准确性、和稳定性)在这种控制算法下兼得。 本文主要介绍基于仿人智能控制的PID控制器,先在Matlab仿真环境下,以控制锅炉汽包水位为例,简单分析证明了仿人智能PID控制算法较传统的PID算法的优越性。然后把实验室的水槽水位控制系统作为控制对象,将仿人智能PID算法简化成单片机应用程序,自行设计了智能PID控制器。此控制器具有较好的控制效果和兼容性,可支持标准的串口通讯协议,结构简单、价格低廉。
【Abstract】 PID control is more prevalent control technology. However, there are many objects without accurate mathematics model in industrial fields, or the mathematics model is more complex, or with highly nonlinear. Controller with the traditional PID algorithm is highly impossible to get satisfied control effect. Therefore, on the base of the traditional PID, the author affiliates the Human Simulation Intelligent Control theory with the traditional PID control algorithm, which improved the control effect.Human Simulation Intelligent Control can give the corresponding decision-making on the base of identifying all kind of characters of errors. Furthermore, it makes control decision by the way of multi-mode conversion and mode of opened loop combining with closed loop. Depending on agile and artful control mode- identify, decision-making, and do it repeatedly, this control algorithm makes the control quality (celerity, veracity, stability) compatible.The thesis mainly introduced the PID controller based on the Human Simulation Intelligent control algorithm. Firstly, in the Matlab simulation environment, the author analysed and proved the advantage of the Human Simulation Intelligent PID control algorithm over the traditional PID control algorithm. The simulation object is boiler’s water-level system. Then through simplifying the Intelligent PID algorithm into a program run in single-chip, the author designed an intelligent PID controller. It has preferable control effects and compatibility, and adapt to standard serial communication protocol. The controller has the figure of simple configuration and cheap.
