松香微波辐照下酯化及中性分散胶制备的研究

【摘要】 本论文探讨了传统松香胶在中性条件下施胶度偏低的因素,并且从松香的分子结构和官能团性质出发,在微波下对其进行酯化,又根据表面活性剂的复配理论,制备了能在中性条件下具有较好施胶效果的新型施胶剂(含阴、阳两种离子型),并且对其应用工艺条件做了详细的阐述,其中主要研究结果如下: 1.酯化是改变松香疏水性能的一种重要途径。本文对松香在微波下进行酯化,从醇的用量、微波功率大小、微波辐照时间等方面对反应的工艺条件进行研究,确定了最佳工艺条件,获得了反应时间短、酸值低和色泽较好产品。 2.松香酯化产品、松香与一定牌号的马来松香按一定的比例进行混合,并选用合适的复配乳化剂对其进行乳化,制备出中性施胶剂。 3.研究获得了组成为1-6-7,HLB值为13的阴离子复配乳化体系,其乳化能力最强,由此而得的阴离子松香胶在中性条件下施胶效果较好;获得了组成为2-5-9,HLB值为14的阳离子复配乳化体系,其乳化能力较强,出此而得的阳离子松香胶在中性条件下具有很好的施胶效果。 4.本文研究了在pH6.5~8.5范围内,阴离子施胶剂具有很好的施胶效果,所以可以满足中性施胶。而阳离子型分散松香胶稍差于阴离子型松香胶。在两种松香胶施胶过程中,硫酸铝起着固着与定位的作用,它的用量对松香中性施胶效果影响很大。 5.通过大量实验得到本实验所制备的阴离子分散松香中性胶的最佳施胶工艺。采用逆向施胶时,阳离子分散松香胶也可得到较好的施胶效果。
【Abstract】 In this paper,on the basic of research reason of low sizing degree of rosin size on neutral condition,we research molecular structure and properties of functional group of rosin,make it esterification under microwave radiation ,then select suitable composite surfactants,use the special retention agent,design and synthesize new neutral rosin sizing agents(include two ions of anionic and cationic)that have good sizing effect under neutral papermaking conditions,and we also make a detail representation o n t he condition o f a pplied c raft.main r esuits h ave b een obtained a s follows:1. Esterification is a important mean that can change the hydrophobic of rosin.we made it esterification under microwave radiation,researchered applied craft process of esterification from the use level of alcohols and the file number of microwave and the time of the reaction,and got the best process conditions.2. The author compounded the rosin and the rosin esterification with malairosin at some ratio,and product rosin neutral size in suitable emulsion.3. Anionic composite emulsifier that compose of l-6-7,To the compound of rosin, HLB13 has a suitable emulsion capacity for compound of rosin.and anionic rosin emuision made by this way has a good sizing effect under neutral papermaking condition;cationic composite emulsifier that compose of 2-5-9, HLB14 has a suitable emuision capacity for compound of rosin,and cationic rosin emulsion by this way has a good sizing effect under neutral papermaking condition.4. The anionic rosin emulsion is quite efficient for paper sizing in a wide PH region from 6.5 to 8.5.So the anionic rosin emulsion can meet with the requirement of sizing under neutral papermaking condition.The sizing effect of the cationic rosin emulsion is not as good as anionic rosin emulsion under neutral papermaking condition.In the neutral sizing with anionic composite emulsifier(or cationic composite emulsifier),aluminum suifate act as the role of fixing and location,the total amount of aluminum suifate is important under neutral papermaking condition.5. By the result of experiments,of the anionic rosin emulsion we can get the optimum process conditions;take technology of reverse sizing,the sizing effect of the cationic rosin emulsion is better.
