【摘要】 随着商业竞争的不断加剧，商业智能系统在各种商业领域的运行中扮演着越来越重要的角色。本文在商业智能系统的功能框架和数据分析方面进行了研究，提出数据分析“按钮化”创新思想，在这一思想的指导下实现一个包含常规功能的商业智能系统。该系统集成了商业智能、智能代理、数据分析等技术，实现了对大量异构数据之间的合并与分析，解决了企业管理者处理各种复杂类型数据时所面临的困境，使之能够利用这些数据快速及时制定正确的决策。系统面向终端用户，能够直接访问各种销售数据和竞争数据，提供多视角，多形式的数据分析，帮助决策者把握企业的自身运行状态以及竞争者情报信息。系统提供标准的分析报表能够满足企业进行深入分析的需要。 数据分析子系统是商业智能系统中功能最强劲的部分，特定类型的数据项目(比如：按钮项目)首先被生成按钮的形式，此后的分析工作就可以通过点击这些按钮自动的进行。 该子系统的各个阶段的分析结果都可以直接以HTML形式输出，轻松实现信息共享。一系列复杂的操作和处理步骤可以保存成一个按钮，当需要重复执行这些操作和处理过程时，点击所保存的按钮即可实现。 为增强商业智能系统的决策支持功能，本文提出了采用智能代理技术实时采集来自竞争对手或其他资源站点信息的方法，实现了主题信息智能代理的设计，并把它集成到商业智能系统中。实践表明，这种具有智能代理的商业智能系统确有一定的先进性，在商业领域具有广阔的应用前景和应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 As commercial competitions intensify, business intelligent systems are playing a more and more crucial role in the running of commercial affairs. This paper researches on the function frame of the business intelligent system and data analysis, proposes " Turn analyzing the data into a button " idea, realize a business intelligent system include routine function under the guidance of this thought. Business intelligence technology, intelligent agent technology etc is applied in this system. It focuses on the extraction and analysis of a wide variety of data. It solves the enterprise supervisor’s difficulty in the face of the large and multifarious data and helps the decision maker to make the fast and timely and correct decision. It can accesses the business data and the competitive data directly, make administrator analyze and utilize these data from each perspective, grasp the current running situation of enterprise and the corresponding situations of other competitor timely. This system can offer simple standard report form as well as the advanced data analysis to the demand of enterprise.Data analysis is the most powerful part of the BI system. Certain types of data items (such as button items) need to be transformed into buttons first, and then all the analysis work can be done automatically just by pressing the button. This is the creative design of the system.Another feature of the system is that statistic list and graph can be printed, and the analyzed result can be exported to other applications or saved as HTML files. A series of invariable operations and processing can be recorded into the system to create the procedure based processing button automatically, so that the series of operations can be executed repeatedly by merely pressing the button.In order to strengthen the decision support function of the business intelligent system, this paper proposes the method which adopts intelligent agent to gathers and extracts information automatically real time from competitor’s site or the other resource sites. The intelligent agent design that based theme has been realized, and integrate it in the business intelligent system.
