台商投资祖国大陆对大陆经济的影响及趋势研究

【摘要】 台商投资祖国大陆已有二十多年的发展历程，这种投资对大陆经济产生了明显的影响。台商对祖国大陆的投资不仅缓解和弥补了大陆建设资金的不足，改善了大陆的产业结构，而且引进了先进的管理经验，增加大陆的财税收入，为大陆创造了大量的就业机会，同时，也促进了大陆的进出口贸易。本文首先从定性角度出发，分别研究了台商投资祖国大陆对大陆的资本形成、三大产业、进出口和就业机会的影响。研究表明，台商投资在大陆资本形成中基本上处于一个平稳的态势，占大陆资本形成总额的0.7％左右；在台商投资大陆的产业中，已由传统产业到科技产业又到高科技产业；台商投资主要流向资源开发业和进口替代型产业，而后进口替代型产业又逐渐转变为出口加工型产业，这样，大陆的劳动密集型产品出口规模不断扩大，促进了大陆的对外贸易；同时，大陆台商投资企业的生产经营活动直接为大陆创造就业机会。 然后，为了更好地说明台商投资祖国大陆对大陆宏观经济的影响，本文建立了一个基于台商投资的大陆宏观经济模型，并设计了两套模拟方案来分析台商增加投资大陆对大陆经济的影响，定量地研究了大陆经济对台商投资的依存关系。 最后，针对掀起的一波又一波台商投资大陆热潮，本文分析了在新世纪台商投资大陆的趋势和展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 There have been more than twenty years that Taiwan businessmen invested in their motherland .The investment from Taiwan played an important part in the mainland economy. Because it not only relaxed and mended the shortage of the government investment in the mainland, and improved the structure of mainland industry, but also introduced into the advanced experience in the management, increased the revenue of the mainland government ,created lots of chances to take up occupation and promoted the imports and exports in the mainland .Firstly ,the article researches that the investment from Taiwan impact on the capital formation ,the industry ,imports and exports and affording employment in the mainland from the point view of fixing the nature. The study indicates that the investment from Taiwan is an agelong origin ,and occupies 0.7 percent of the gross of capital formation ;And the data shows that the investment industry in the mainland is from the traditional industry to the science and technology industry ,then to the high science and technology industry ;The research also accounts for the investment is used in the industry of the resource exploitation and the industry for substituting imports , then in the processing industry for exports ,so the scale of the exports of the product including lots of labor is enlarged such abidance that to speed the mainland foreign trade ; At the same time ,the corporations invested by Taiwan businessmen immediately obtain employment in the mainland .Secondly, in order to explain the impact enough, the article constructs a model of the mainland macro-economy based on the investment from Taiwan .And there are two designs, through them we can be able to research from the point view of fixing quantify the impact of the investment alteration on the mainland economy.Finally, when the Taiwan businessmen are enthusiastic for investing their motherland again and again, the author analyses the direction to the investment from Taiwan in the mainland in the future 21st century.更多还原
