当代中国高职人才培养目标的研究
Research on Cultivation Object of High-Level Technicians in Modern China

【摘要】 “教育之所以重要,归根到底还在于人的重要。”人才培养目标是学校教育教学工作的出发点,同时又是学校各项工作的落脚点,确立正确的人才培养目标对教育的发展具有极为重要的意义。本文以教育史上不同时期人才培养目标的不同价值取向为历史依据,以当代高职人才培养目标的国际标准为现实依据,在分析当前我国高职人才培养目标现状的基础上,结合本国国情和现实社会需求,探讨了当代中国高职人才培养目标的定位及其具体的目标模式,并提出了相应的实现策略,具有一定的理论价值和实践价值。 人才培养目标是一个社会历史的范畴,不同的社会发展阶段人才培养目标取向不同,同一时期不同发展水平的国家和地区的人才培养目标也不尽相同。知识经济时代,起步较晚但已显示出强劲发展势头的我国高职教育应对人才培养目标怎样定位?本文通过对历史和现实的分析,提出:其一,高职之“高”不宜越位,即定位于培养中层次专才与中层次通才融为一体的复合型人才;其二,高职之“职”不可错位,即定位于培养技术型人才;其三,高职教育不能缺位,即定位于培养全面发展的人才。这三个方面分别从纵向上进行层次定位,从横向上进行类型定位,从方向上进行整体定位,既符合当代中国国情又体现了国际要求。 基于以上的总体定位,本文针对不同行业的高职院校,同一行业不同办学条件、不同发展历史的高职院校具体人才培养目标各不相同,提出了有针对性和操作性的人才培养目标模式,为各高职院校确立正确的人才培养目标提出了一些建议。 最后,文章探讨了当代中国高职人才培养目标达标的要点,有四个方面:一是专业应拓宽口径;二是课程应加强基础;三是教学应注重实践;四是目标应追求发展。四个方面要同时并进,任何一个方面都不能偏废。
【Abstract】 "Education is so important to our society utterly because of the importance of talents. " The cultivation of talents is both the start and destination of all work in a school. Therefore, it is crucial for the development of education to establish a proper object of talents cultivation. This paper takes different valuation for the object of talents cultivation in different periods as a historic warranty and international standards of current cultivation object of high-level technicians as a practical warranty as well. It also analyzes the present situation of the cultivation of high-level technicians in China. According to China’ s actual situation and social demand, it discusses the positioning of cultivation object of high-level technicians in modern China and its detailed mode. This paper also brings forward some corresponding strategies on how to realize this object. Thus, it takes on some kind of value both in theory and in practice. The cultivation object of talents is both a social and historic category. There are different cultivation objects of talents in different development periods of a society. The objects across different districts and countries are also different in a way. Higher vocational education in China has a tardy start but it develops quickly these years. How to position China’ s cultivation object of high-level technicians in this knowledge-economics time? Based on the analysis of historic and current situation, we put forward some ideas as follows: First, ’high’ of higher vocational education should not offside its position, i.e., to focus on the cultivation of composite talents with special and general knowledge in a middle level. Second, ’vacation’ of highervocational education should not slip, i.e., focus on the cultivation of technical talents. Third, higher vocational education should not default, i.e., focus on the cultivation of talents who can improve themselves from all aspects. The above three aspects respectively make a scale positioning from the longitude, a style positioning in a transverse way and a macro positioning from the directions. It fits China’ s actual situation and reflects international requests as well.Based on the wholesome positioning above, we put forward an object mode for cultivation of talents, according to different higher vocational schools in different vocations as well as different higher vocational schools with different teaching conditions and different periods of development in the same vocation. This gives some advice for the higher vocational schools to establish proper cultivation objects of talents.Finally, we discuss four key points for the practical operation of cultivation of high-level technicians in modern China: (1) we should broaden the scope of educational majors; (2) school courses should focus on the basic knowledge; (3) teaching activities should value practice; (4) the educational objects should aspire after advanced development. Moreover, these four aspects should run at the same time but not default in any aspect.
