【摘要】 教学管理是高校管理工作的重中之重。中国自近代高校建立以来，教学管理便是高校发展的头等大事。本论文尝试着对近现代中国高校教学管理的发展历程做了比较全面的叙述，并对这一发展历程中的经验和教训做了评价。本论文主体部分分为七个部分：第一部分为引言。主要介绍了本课题的研究价值、研究现状、研究范围和研究方法。第二部分叙述了近现代中国高校教学管理体制的沿革情况。这部分首先论述了清末几所高校的教学管理体制的情况和特点；接着综述了民国高校教学管理体制的发展，主要谈了蔡元培改革北大时，北大教学管理体制的变化；最后论述了根据地、解放区高校教学管理体制的发展情况和特点。第三部分论述的是近现代中国高校专业和课程管理的沿革。专业和课程的管理是高校教学管理的重要内容。本部分把近现代中国高校的专业和课程的发展分为：由单一化向多科综合化发展的清末时期，由统一化向分散化发展的北京民国政府时期，向灵活性、实用性发展、定型的南京民国政府时期等三个阶段，分别对这三阶段高校的专业和课程的变化及其特征做了论述。最后，谈论了根据地、解放区高校专业和课程建设的情况和特点。第四部分叙述了近现代中国高校教学管理的其他方面的沿革。这里主要包括两个方面：一方面是学生管理，包括学生的入学、学籍、考试等方面的管理和要求；另一方面是师资管理，包括教师的聘任、待遇、晋升等方面的情况。第五部分是在以上叙述的基础上总结了近现代中国高校教学管理的总体特点：一、中国近现代高校的教学管理的发展过程充满了新与旧、中学与西学、保守势力与进步力量的冲突和斗争。二、中国现代高校管理体制的形成与中国近现代社会政治、经济和文化的变革和发展息息相关。三、中国现代高等学校教学管理模式的形成既不是中国传统高等教育管理模式的自然进化，也不是简单西化的结果。四、中央政府趋向于加强对高校教学管理的控制。 第六部分是笔者总结的近现代中国高校教学管理发展历程的经验及教训。 第七部分为结束语。对本论题还有待研究的其他相关问题做了简要的说明。更多还原

【Abstract】 Teaching administration is the most important thing for college’ s administration. Since the first college was built in China, teaching administration of college has been thought of by many Chinese people. This study report recounts the developing process of Chinese college’ s teaching administration from 1862 to 1949, and the writer passed some judgment on the process in the study-report. The report contains seven parts.In the first part, the report presents the purpose, the present studying situation, the scope and the method of this question for study.In the second part, the report presents the Chinese college teaching administration system’ s developing process. At first, the report presents the system of some college’ s teaching administration in Qing dynasty and summarizes some features of the system. And then, the report presents the developing process of the college teaching administration during the Republic of China times. The report mainly talks about Beijing University’ s teaching administration. At last the report presents the developing process and features of teaching administration of college built by the Communist Party of China.In the third part, the report presents the changing process of the special field of study and the curriculum in modern times. The administration of the special field of study and the curriculum are the most important substance about the teaching administration. In this part, the report presents the characteristics of the special field of study and the curriculum.In the fourth part, the report presents the change processof the other contents of the teaching administration, for example, the administration of students and the administration of teachers. In this part, the report talks about the administration of students enterring college, the school roll and the examination, and it also talks about the administration of teacher’ s employing, promoting and treatment.In the fifth part, the report presents the characteristics of the college teaching administration in China in modern times. 1 There were many contradictions during the developing process of teaching administration in modern times in China. 2 The development of the modern times college’ s teaching administration system has many affinities with the development of politics, economy and culture. 3 The establishment of Chinese college teaching administration system wasn’ t developed from traditional teaching administration, and it also wasn’ t the straitforward result of western turn. 4 The Chinese government tended to dominate the college’ s teaching administration.In the sixth part, the report assembles some experiences about college’ s teaching administration in China.In the seventh part, the report shows the questions which doesn’ t be studied in this report.更多还原
