C60改性TiO2光催化剂的制备及其光催化性能研究

【摘要】 印染废水的处理和硫化矿物的湿法冶金是两个具有实用价值的研究课题。本文在综述光催化氧化技术的基础上,较为系统地研究了采用光催化氧化这种新技术来处理当前较为复杂的印染废水和硫化矿物的处理问题。研究表明,采用光催化氧化技术来处理印染废水和硫化矿物,具有处理效率高,工艺设备简单,无二次污染等优点,为印染废水和硫化矿物的工业化处理提供了新思路和新途径。本论文的主要内容及结果如下: 1.通过溶胶—凝胶法制备的C60改性的TiO2,利用XRD、TEM和UV等手段对C60改性的TiO2进行了表征。改性后的TiO2具有比锐钛矿TiO2更好的吸附和光催化性能。在制备C60改性TiO2光催化剂过程中,Ti(OC4H9)4的质量是改性TiO2催化剂活性高低的关键,C60的含量、煅烧温度对催化剂的光催化性能有很大的影响。C60的最佳含量是1.02%,最佳煅烧温度为340℃。 2.在利用锐钛矿型TiO2光催化剂降解甲基橙的过程中,初始条件对甲基橙的脱色率影响较大。溶液的初始pH值、溶液的初始浓度以及是否通入氧气等都有影响。当溶液初始pH=3.0时,甲基橙的脱色最快;通入氧气有利于甲基橙的脱色。 3.在利用锐钛矿型TiO2光催化剂光催化氧化CuS的过程中,TiO2对CuS的光催化氧化作用与溶液的初始pH值、氧气的通入与否以及外加Fe3+的量有关。溶液的初始pH值越小,CuS的氧化率越大;通入氧气有利于CuS的氧化,同时,Fe3+的加入有利于CuS的氧化。但是由于覆盖在催化剂的表面的单质S对光催化反应的阻碍作用,致使TiO2对CuS的氧化率并不随着反应时间的延长而增加。
【Abstract】 Treating printing and dyeing wastewater and hydrometallurgy of sulphide mineral are two important tasks with practical value. On the basis of surveying photocatalytic oxidation, printing and dyeing wastewater treated and sulphide mineral hydrometallurgy by photocatalytic oxidation technology were studied systematically in this paper. The study showed that the technology is in possession of the prominent virtues. Such as high treatment officency, simple processing equipment, no secondary pollution, etc. So it can provide new thoughts and pathways for industrialization treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater treatment and hydrometallurgy of sulphide mineral. The main contents and results of experiments are as followings:1. C60-doped Ti02 photocatalyst was prepared by sol-gel method. C60-doped Ti02 were characterized by XRD, TEM and UV. The modified-Ti02 has better adsorption and photocatalytic properties than anatase Ti02, concentration of C60, calcining temperature and the quality of Ti(OC4H9)4 have effect on the photocatalytic property of modified-Ti02. The best concentration of C60 is 1.02% and the best calcining temperature is 340癈.2. The initial pH value, initial concentration of methylorange and aerating oxygen have effect on methylorange photocatalytic degradation by use of anatase Ti02 photocatalyst. It has the fast photocatalytic degradation rate as pH value is 3.0. Aerating oxygen is beneficial to methylorangephotocatalytic degradation.3. The initial pH value, aerating oxygen and the concentration adding Fe3+ have effect on CuS photocatalysis oxidation by use of anatase Ti02 photocatalyst. The lower pH value, the faster photocatalytic oxidation rate of CuS. Aerating oxygen and adding Fe3+ are beneficial to photocatalytic oxidation of CuS. But photocatalytic oxidation rate of CuS does not increase with the photocatalytic time for the effect of forming sulfur.
