【摘要】 研究一定地区内城市群在区域经济发展中不同的职能分化和组合情况，明确每个城市在区域经济发展中的主要作用，可以为形成合理的城市职能分工提供依据，而城市的功能主要是通过城市的主导产业来体现。本文选择了新疆维吾尔自治区经济最发达、产业最密集的北疆铁路沿线区域，研究城市的经济功能和产业发展。本文的主要内容为： 第一部分：理论综述 这主要介绍了城市功能的概念、分类、城市地域系统的职能结构类型、互相联系的类型和研究方法以及我国城市职能的研究情况；产业结构的分类、演进规律等基础理论，论证了城市功能和产业结构的关系。这为论文的实证研究奠下理论基础。 第二部分：城市经济功能和产业发展的研究 城市职能的概念涉及到三个要素：职能规模、职能强度和专业化部门。本论文力图从以上几个方面来研究本区域的城市经济功能，为此，本文选择了北疆铁路沿线的17个市、县的8项社会经济指标，借助SPSS统计分析11.0软件，应用主成分分析和聚类分析的方法把本区域的城市分为四种类型的增长极。即，区域性综合增长极、工业增长极、工农业增长极以及农业增长极。在进行专业化部门的研究时，本文采用常用的区位商法，以全疆和本区域为背景，划分出城市的相对专业化工业部门和主要专业化工业部门。 新按师范大学硕士学位论文 对于产业结构研究，采用了传统的三次产业划分法来研究产业结构，按照三次产业的构成情况，本文把城市产业分为四个梯度。 第三部分:问题、讨论与总结 通过研究，本文认为，本地带的城市在经济功能和产业结构方面存在以下问题:城镇规模体系不完整，缺失大城市，首位度太高。各城市的产业趋同现象明显，产业结构的层次低，结构不合理，产业链条短，加工深度浅。初加工工业所占比重较大，高新技术产业所占的比重较小。城市的职能分工不明显。据此，本文做出探讨: 1.加强核心区城市的联合，完善本地带的城镇体系 2.调整产业结构，促进产业结构的高级化 3.确立专业化生产区，形成合理的城镇经济功能分工 最后是对本论文的总结。更多还原

【Abstract】 By the study on differentiation and combination of city function in the regional economic development we can make clear what every city play prime action in the regional economic development. This can provide reference to formation reasonable assignment of duties on city function. City function can be embodied through leading industry. This article chooses cities along railway in north of Xinjiang which has the most advanced economy and the densest industry in Xinjiang uygur autonomous region. This paper studies the city economical function and the development of industry. Main context is listed as following.The first part gives an introduction to overview of theories Firstly, this part introduce the conception, classification of city function and structural type of urban district system and intercommunication and the method of research as well as our country ’s study on city function; Secondly, this part includes the industrial structure’s classification, the fundamental theories about the industrial evolution regularity. Thirdly, the relationship between city function and industrial structure is demonstrated. All this lay a theoretical base for the study of this thesis.The second part includes research of city economic function and development of industry.The concept of city function involves three main factors: function scale, function strength and professional sector. This paper tries to study city economical function as above. Therefore, we selected eight social economical indexes of seventeen cities along railroad in north Xinjiang . By dint of SPSS 11.0 for windows, this article divided cities into four kinds of growth pole by methods of principal component analysis and cluster analysis. Namely, regional comprehensive growth pole, industrial growth pole, industry and agriculture growth pole and agriculture growth pole. In regards of the study on professional sectors, this article adopts the method of location quotient and marks off relative professional industry sectors and main professional industry sectors .in the background of Xinjiang and railroad region in north Xinjiang.As to study on industrial structure, this article adopts traditional division methods of industry and divided urban industry into four gradients according to the composition of primary industry, secondary industry and tertiary industry.The third part covers problem, discussion and summaryBy course of the research, this article holds that the main problems of city economical function and industrial structure in this region are as follow: city system isn’t intact; City primacy is high; The big city is a deficiency The convergence of urban industry is very obvious; The hierarchy of industrial structure is low-grade; Moreover, industrial structure isn’t suitable; The chain of industry is short; The process is simple. Elementary process takes a largerpercentage. While advanced technology industry takes a smaller percentage. Division of labor in cities isn’t clear. Base on these problems, this article will investigate the following three facets:1.Strengthen the consociation of cities in core district and perfect urbansystem in this region.2.Adjust industrial structure and promote it to be high-ranking 3.Establish professional productive district and form reasonable urbaneconomic function division of labor Finally, this paper sums up main content.更多还原
