深部岩体非线性蠕变规律的研究

【摘要】 随着煤炭开采不断加深,深层岩体处在高温高压的复杂环境下,使得矿井巷道的掘进、支护与维护问题越来越突出。其中,由高地应力引起的岩体大的流变变形给矿井的安全生产带来了极大的威胁。同时,对其反复支护又造成了巨大的经济损失。 岩石的蠕变是流变的一种形式,也是流变中引起大变形的最主要的因素之一。要研究流变大变形就不可避免地要研究岩石的蠕变性质。蠕变模型的建立需要大量的试验作为基础,故本文通过多组单轴和假三轴蠕变试验,对影响蠕变的因素进行了研究。找到了引起蠕变的主要因素——应力差,并建立了蠕变—应力差—时间的非线性函数,即非线性蠕变模型。 科学计算作为一种新的手段被广泛地应用在工程各个领域。本文采用了有限元方法,利用ANSYS软件对深部不同深度的岩体的蠕变进行了计算,从另一个侧面再现了蠕变试验现象,并与试验结果相吻合。

【Abstract】 With the development of coal mining’s depth, the rock is under the action of high ground stress and high temperature, the problems of tunnel tunneling, supporting and maintenance are more and more outstanding. Most of all, the high ground stress makes the rock deform largely and it threats the safe work seriously. Meanwhile the repeated supporting for tunnels brings about a lot of economic losses.Creep is a style of rheology and the main reason of the large deformation. So if you want to study the large rheological deformation, study the creep features first. As creep models are based on a great many of experiments, the facts influencing the creep are studied by multi-group uniaxial experiments and triaxial experiments in this thesis. It is proved that the main fact is stress deviation, moreover the nonlinear function among creep, stress deviation and time is established. The function is the nonlinear creep model.As a new way, scientific calculation is wildly used in various areas. The creeps of rocks in different depths are calculated by ANSYS in this thesis. The phenomena of creep experiments are recurred by the calculation results.
