模糊控制在蒸汽温度控制系统中的仿真研究

【摘要】 本文主要研究Fuzzy—PI复合控制在火电厂过热蒸汽温度系统中的应用。在分析蒸汽温度系统工作过程、调节对象及其动态特性的基础上,构建了系统的结构模型;在对火电厂过热汽温控制对象特点分析基础上,保留串级控制抗内扰的性能,结合模糊控制动态特性好的特点,提出了一种复合模糊串级控制设计。为了使模糊控制器具有自学习能力,本文将遗传算法与模糊控制相结合,提出了使用遗传算法对模糊子集进行划分的优化方法,并根据模糊控制的特点,给出了改进的交叉算子,加快了算法的收敛速度。应用该方法对锅炉过热汽温进行了仿真研究,结果表明本文提出的基于遗传算法的。模糊控制优化方法是很有效的。
【Abstract】 The application of Fuzzy-Pi composite control in the superheated steam temperature system of thermal power station is primarily studied in this dissertation. On the basis of analyzing the operating process, adjusted-objects and their dynamic characters of the superheated steam temperature system, models of system construction are established; A scheme of design of composite fuzzy serial control system is presented keeping the anti-jamming function of serial control and the good dynamic characteristic of fuzzy control based on the analysis of the characteristic of superheated steam temperature of thermal power station. For the implementation of self-learning in fuzzy logic control this paper proposes genetic algorithm to optimize the fuzzy set partitions. The improved genetic operators are given and the simulation for temperature control system using this method is studied. The results show the proposed method is valid.
