数字南水北调总体设计研究

【摘要】 由于华北地区尤其是海河流域严重缺水,导致了华北地区的生态环境急剧恶化,社会经济发展也受到了很大的影响,为解决这个问题,我国政府即将实施举世瞩目的南水北调工程。为了在工程进行当中实现更加科学有效的管理和调度功能,我们在南水北调工程的基础上,以“数字地球”理论为依托,以“3S”技术和虚拟现实技术为工具,在已有的河北省基础地理信息数据库的基础上,融合了河北省水资源信息数据库、南水北调工程信息数据库、南水北调工程管理信息数据库等信息,整理了多方面的数据资料,研建了河北省数字南水北调系统。利用该系统可以充分有效的利用现有数据,对各种情况进行模拟分析实验,对领导及上级部门提供决策支持。本文搜集了详实的资料,在一个较高的领域对整个数字化工程进行了系统的规划设计,详细阐述了数字南水北调工程的系统框架、基本流程和实施过程,重点突出了可视化三维模型的形成过程和效果以及共享网络的建设。数字南水北调工程将会影响到供水区经济生活和社会生活的方方面面,是“数字河北”的有机组成部分,将对南水北调工程产生巨大的作用。

【Abstract】 The huabei area is deep in short of water especially in the Haihedrainage area, and it leads to the environment deteriorates quickly and the development of social economy also has been influenced largely. Therefore, the government will implement the NanShuiBeiDiao project which is focused on the attention of the world. To actualize higher efficiency management and attemperation function in the project, we created the system of digital NanShuiBeiDiao in Hebei by fusioning the data-base of water resounce information in Hebei, the data-base of the NanShuiBeiDiao project information and the data-base of the NanShuiBeiDiao project management information, and collecting a great deal of data in many aspects in the basis of the data-base of basic geographic information in Hebei, the theory of digital earth , the 3s and VR technique. The system can use the existing data efficiently and sufficiently, by simulating and analyzing experiments in many cases and supporting decision-making to the guidance and superior departments. The text collected particular data, designed the systematic layout to the whole digital project, expatiated system frame basic flow and implement processes of digital NanShuiBeiDiao project particularly , standed out the formative processes and effects of visual three dimension and the construction of sharing internet. The digital NanShuiBeiDiao project will influence the economical life and social life of any aspects in the water supply areas. It is also a part of digital Hebei, and will produce great effects in the NanShuiBeiDiao project.
