【摘要】 行政区经济与经济区经济，是我国区域经济发展过程中的两种存在形态。随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的逐步确立，经济发展的主要推动力从政府转变为市场，行政区与经济区之间的矛盾进一步激化，成为制约我国区域经济发展的主要因素之一。 “长三角”地区，地跨苏、浙、沪三省市共16个城市，是我国目前经济总量规模最大、发展速度最快、内在潜质最佳、发展前景最好的经济区，但在现阶段发展中，仍然受到传统行政区经济的影响。其突出表现是“地方政府经济圈”问题凸显，从而大量引发行政区与经济区之间的矛盾与冲突，出现重复建设、产业同构、机构重叠，以及区域非重合等现象，加剧了区际间的恶性竞争，严重阻滞了区域经济的进一步发展。针对此况，本文提出，努力实现“长三角”区域由传统的行政区经济，向现代的经济区经济转变，并最终实现一体化。这一看法，将为该区域发展提供一种新思路，也为三省市政府在考虑当地重大发展问题时，展示一个新视角。 本文首先分析了行政区经济与经济区经济的关系及整合理论，进而探讨了长三角区域经济一体化的内涵、目标、原则及基础，最后提出推进长三角区域经济一体化的具体构想，以期对“长三角区域经济一体化”这一命题，找到一种合理的分析思路和理论框架，并提出相应的政策建议。 本文首次把行政区经济与经济区经济的关系及整合理论，引入到“长三角”区域经济一体化的实证研究，从而为该命题的研究提供了一种合理的分析思路和理论框架。在分析工具上，首次运用多元统计分析中的欧氏距离法(Euclidean Distance)，对“长三角”地缘经济关系作出定量测度，并得出了较为新颖的结论。浙江师范大学硕士学位论文 在研究方法上，一是实证研究与规范研究相结合的方法。对行政区经济与经济区经济相关理论分析时，主要采用规范分析法;对“长三角”区域经济一体化进行具体分析时，主要采用实证研究法。二是定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法，通过大量定量分析所得的统计数据及相关资料，为定性论证提供有力支撑。 本文共分五个部分: 一、两种不同类型区域经济的比较 二、实现行政区经济向经济区经济转变 三、长三角区域行政区经济与经济区经济的关系 四、长三角区域经济一体化分析 五、推进长三角区域经济一体化的基本思路更多还原

【Abstract】 Administration area economy and economic area economy are the two forms in existence in the process of China’s regional economic development. As China’s socialism market economy system gradually comes into being, the main impetus of economic development shifts from government to market, making the conflict between administration area and economic area fiercer, which becomes one of the main factors constraining the regional economic development in China.The Yangtze River area, including 16 cities in Jiangsu, Zhejiang province and Shanghai municipal city, is an economic area with the largest overall economic volume, fastest development speed, best potentialities and prospect in China. However, it is still influenced by the traditional administration economic area in its current development. It is prominent in the emergence of local government economic area, leading to frequent conflict between administration area and economic area, such as redundant construction, co-structuring of industries, overlapping of organizations, and non-overlapping of regions, etc. All this worsens the negative competition between regions and prevents the regional economic area from further development. This paper proposes that, the traditional administration area economy should be shifted to modern economic area in Yangtze River area and the economic unification should be made finally. This view will offer a new perspective in terms of regional development as well as local major development for governments of these provinces and cities.Firstly, this paper analyzes the relationship and conformity theory of administration area and economic area. Then, it explores the implication, objective, principles and basis of the economic unification of Yangtze River area. Finally, the specific measures of promoting the unification of Yangtze River area are proposed, hoping to find a reasonable analysis, theoretical framework and some relative suggestions on the economic unification of Yangtze River area.This paper, first of its kind, applies the relationship and conformitytheory to the experimental study on the unification of Yangtze River, thus offering a reasonable analysis and theoretical framework. As for the analysis instrument, it adopts the Euclidean distance in the multi-variance statistic analysis and makes a quantitative study of geoeconomic relationship in Yangtze River area. Finally, a relatively new conclusion is made.As for the research method, it combines an experimental and criterion study, adopting the former when analyzing specifically the unification of Yangtze River area and the latter when analyzing the relative theory between administration area economy and economic area economy. Another point is that it combines a qualitative and quantitative study to obtain statistic data and resources by great amounts of quantitative analysis, which provides a solid foundation for the qualitative demonstration.The thesis is composed of five parts:1.
