【摘要】 中华民族有着宏深的生态智慧，在思想上历来崇尚“天人合一”的思想，把热爱土地和保护自然融入传统文化，成为我国传统文化的一部分。深入发掘以儒道为主流的中国传统生态伦理思想，对建设生态文明，实现人类和环境的和谐相处具有重要的理论和实践意义。 中国传统生态伦理观的基本价值和道德取向，对保护中国古代生态环境，维持自然生态平衡起着重要作用；对于今天我们建设生态文明、实现人与自然的重归和谐，是一种具有启发意义的宝贵的思想资源。古代“天人合一”思想为现代生态伦理学的建构提供了一定的哲学基础：“仁民爱物”、“天道生生”等思想对构建生态伦理学的体系有重要意义：“与天地相参”的思想是当代“可持续发展”思想的渊源；传统生态伦理法规为制定现代环境保护法规提供了参考价值和借鉴意义。 由于时代条件的限制，传统的生态伦理观在理论上必然存在着各种局限性。走可持续发展之路，建设生态文明，已是当今人类社会生存和发展的必然选择。生态文明是全面小康社会的重要特征和标志。建设生态文明，发展人与自然的和谐关系，促进社会可持续发展，要以科学发展观为指导，坚持以人为本。它离不开科学技术手段的支持和法律制度的保障，更离不开文化意识的支撑。科学技术是基础，法律是硬约束，生态伦理是软约束，三者有机结合，互为补充，互相制约，并最终落实到科学实践当中。更多还原

【Abstract】 Content: The Chinese nation has its profound ecological wisdom. The idea of ’combining the heavens and people’ has been long revered in which the love for the land and the protection for the nation are merged into traditional culture and has become part of it. To deeply explore the ecological moral embedded in Chinese traditional culture, which was featured by the Confucianism and the Taoist school, is of great importance in theory and practice as far as building ecological civilization and realizing the harmonious relationship between human and nature are concerned.The basic value and morality of the traditional ecological moral philosophy played an important role in protecting China’s ancient ecological environment and maintained the ecological balance of nature. Meanwhile, as for building the ecological civilization today and realizing the harmony between human and nature, they are precious resources of thoughts that are enlightening. The ancient idea of ’combining the heavens and people’ provides certain philosophical foundation for building the contemporary ecological moral philosophy. Moreover, ’love people as well as matters’ and ’heavens give birth to everything’ etc. have great significance in building the system of ecological moral philosophy. In addition, the ancient idea of ’being equivalent with heavens and lands’ is the origin of the contemporary idea of ’sustainable development’. Furthermore, the rules of traditional ecological moral provide great referent value for making contemporary environmental protection laws.Due to the restrictions of the time, the traditional ecological moral philosophy is bound to have many drawbacks. Taking the sustainable developing road and building the ecological civilization have been necessary choice for the human society’s survival and its development today. Ecological civilization is the prominent characteristic and symbol of the all-round well-off society. The building of the ecological civilization should be under the guidance of scientific concept of development and stick to the humanity so as to develop the harmonious relationship between human and nature and promote developing the society continuously. The support of science and technology, the guarantee of law system as well as the supports of the cultural ideology are indispensable for the building of the ecological civilization. Science and technology are the foundation; laws are the forceful restriction and the eco-ethics are the soft restrictions. These three combine and interact with each other and consequently are carried out in the scientific practice.更多还原
