多元概化理论及其在教学人员测评设计中的应用研究

【摘要】 概化理论是现代心理与教育测量理论之一,多元概化理论是单变量概化理论的深化和发展,广泛应用于各种测评中。本文在系统地介绍了多元概化理论的基本原理及基本方法的基础上,针对一个属多元嵌套不平衡设计教学人员测评方案,运用多元概化分析,估出测量目标及侧面的方差协方差分量、探索控制误差的方法,并为改进不同情形下教学人员测评提供实际参考价值。研究发现,整个测验信度(合成可靠性指数)较高,但某些单变量的信度(可靠性指数)不高;学生在某些教师的评价上存在较大争议;测验原规定的权重并不是最佳有效权重,通过改变权重还可达到更高的可靠性指数;研究还发现,要使整个测验合成可靠性指数达到0.8以上至少需要35个学生。

【Abstract】 Generalizability Theory is one of the modern psychological and educational measurement theories. Multivariate Generalizability Theory is the deepening and development of the Univariate Generalizability Theory and is widely applied to all kinds of measurements. Based on systematically introducing the basic principles and technological methods, aimed at a multivariate nested unbalanced design of the faculty evaluation, this paper explores the methods of controlling errors through the Multivariate Generalizability analysis to the assessment of the variance-covariance components, and offers concerning practical reference value for the improvement of the faculty evaluation in different conditions. The study shows that the reliability(composite coefficient) of the total measurement is large, while the reliability(reliability-like coefficient) of some univariate measurements is sometimes not large, that students are out of accordance each other about the assessment of several teachers, that the priori weights are not the best, if they are changed we may get a higher Generalizability coefficient. The result also shows that thirty-five students at least are needed if we want to get a 0.8 composite Generalizability coefficient.
