网络成瘾中学生的团体心理辅导

【摘要】 随着互联网的发展与普及,网络成瘾症(IAD)这一现象被国内、外心理学家所关注,并成为一个研究的热点问题。网络成瘾症(IAD)1996年由美国心理学家I.Goldberg首先提出,在近10年的研究中,研究者主要就IAD的界定、诊断、成因、预防、治疗以及对个体的影响等方面展开研究。目前研究的焦点主要是IAD的诊断标准以及矫正。聚焦 本文对青少年网络成瘾的现状及其影响等进行了调查分析,并总结了其成瘾解释、成瘾模式和成瘾比例。 不同的学者根据各自的诊断标准,对网络成瘾者进行筛选、测评,并用不同的方法进行治疗,如认知疗法、行为疗法等。目前还没有公认对IAD矫治特别有效的方法,本研究通过团体心理辅导的方法,通过一定的筛选标准对15名初二、初三的学生进行了矫正。 本文对团体心理辅导的发展历史、理论、方法、原则和意义等进行了论述,在对网络成瘾者的团体辅导中采取“认知-行为”模式。 对这15名中学生网络成瘾者的团体辅导采取实验研究,将其相关的心理特征与上网非成瘾者之间以及在团体辅导前后进行了比较。研究发现,通过对他们进行了为期3个月,共计17次,每周1次,每次1小时的团体辅导后,其对网络的依赖症状明显减少。研究结果也表明,青少年的网络成瘾与其睡梦不足、生活无序感、心理防御机制、人际关系、学习压力、家庭关系等有显著性相关,通过团体心理辅导后,其自我灵活性、人性哲学和网络依赖等方面得到了显著改进。 由于研究时间所限,在对这些学生团体辅导后,只是对1/2左右的进行了后续跟踪,从教师反映的情况看,他们中大多数网络使用比较健康,个别学生有成瘾的反复。 对IAD青少年的团体辅导只是一个过程,要使其成瘾症状完全到达戒断,还需要其自身的努力、家庭的配合以及社会的监管等。
【Abstract】 With the development and popularization of Internet, the phenomenon of IAD(Internet addiction disorder)has been attached importance to not only by national psychologists, but also by overseas. IAD become a hot issue now. IAD was first put forward by psychologist I.Goldberg in 1996. During about 10 years researching, the investigators had focus their attention on IAD’S definition, diagnose, cause of formation, prevention, treatment and the infection to individual. Now , the focus of research is IAD’S diagnosable standards and rectification.The text took an investigation and analyse of what the IAD’s actuality and infection in hobbledehoys, and summarized what is the IAD’s interpretion ,mode and proportion.Different scholar has different diagnosable standards to filter ,measure and evaluate the sufferer of IAD,and took different method to treat them, as like cognitive therapy and behavioral therapy etc.There has no any legal and available method to treat IAD. My research through used the technique of group counseling to rectify 15 junior two and three students who with IAD.The text also dissertated the group counseling developmental history, theory, method, principle and meaning etc. The "cognitive-behavioral" model were used in IAD student’s group counseling.Those 15 student’s group counseling who with IAD were adopted experimental research, I compared IAD student’s correlated psychological character with on line but no IAD student’s before and after group counseling. It was found that their symptom of depend on Internet was decreased obviously after 17 times group counseling, one time per week, and one hour per time .The research’s result also indicated that the IAD of hobbledehoy was significant correlation with their scarce sleeping, disorderly living, psychological recoverable system, interpersonal relationship, pressure of study and family relation etc. These student’s self-agility, humanity-philosophy and depend on Internet had been changed notably.Because of limit of research time, there were only about 1/2 these students were tailed after group counseling, most of them can use Internet healthily were talked by their assistants, and only a few of them depended on Internet addiction repeat.The group counseling to IAD’s hobbledehoy was only an process, if we wanted their symptom of IAD abstain from completely, it should be needed their endeavor, family cooperation and social supervise etc.
