【摘要】 江苏农业产业化的发展有力地促进了江苏农业结构调整和农村经济的发展。但在农业产业化经营中，龙头企业还存在规模扩张、市场开拓、技术创新、资产整合等诸多困难。这些问题的解决迫切需要大规模的资金投入和支持。利用资本市场来筹集农业产业化发展所需的资金是一条新的途径。但龙头企业在资本市场融资相对于银行贷款所受制约要高，大规模融资存在一定的难度。因此，如何最大限度地利用资本市场来获得江苏农业产业化发展所需资金、推进农业产业化发展的进程，已是摆在我们面前一个不容忽视的问题。 本文将从资本市场的角度来研究江苏农业产业化经营的资金筹集和发展问题，共分为以下几个部分。一是回顾市场机制的资源配置理论、生产要素理论以及金融发展理论，奠定农业产业化与资本市场结合的理论基础，并为下文的研究提供理论上的指导；二是在对江苏农业投入的不足和江苏农业产业化发展中所存在的问题进行分析的基础上，指出江苏农业产业化利用资本市场获得资金和发展是一条新的途径；三是在对农业上市公司几年来的经营业绩、经验、贡献进行综合实证分析的基础上，论证江苏农业产业化利用资本市场进行筹资和发展是可行的和有效的；四是从进入路径、运作路径和退出路径三个方面完整的分析了江苏农业产业化龙头企业如何充分地利用资本市场来筹集资金和加快其发展进程，这是本文研究的重点；最后本文讨论了为推进江苏农业产业化的发展进程，在利用资本市场方面应该注意的一些问题，包括政府的角色定位、企业的目标定位以及资本市场功能的深化等问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of agricultural industrialization effectively promotes the adjustment of agricultural structure and the development of rural economy in Jiangsu province. But during the process of agricultural industrialization, there are many problems exist in the key enterprises, such as scale enlargement, market deploitation, technology innovation and asset conformity etc. These problems need to be resolved through large scale of money. The capital market can offer the money. So it is a new approach raising money from the capital market. However, it is more difficult for the key enterprise to raise money from the capital market than from the banks, because there are more limits in the capital market than in the banks. Therefore, how to raise the money the development of agricultural industrialization needs from the capital market is becoming a very important thing we cannot neglect.This paper analyzes the problem of raising money and the development of agricultural industrialization in Jiangsu province from the visual angle of the capital market. Five parts are included in this paper. Firstly, this paper looks back the theory of resources collocation of market mechanism, the theory of production elements and the theory of financial development which make agricultural industrialization combine with the capital market and give theoretic direction to the following parts. Secondly, this paper analyzes the shortage of agricultural investment and the problems in the development of agricultural industrialization in Jiangsu province. Then this paper indicates it is a new approach for the key enterprises of agricultural industrialization to raise money from the capital market. Thirdly, this paper empirically analyzes the management achievement, experience and contribution of the listed agricultural companies. Then this paper indicates that it is feasible and efficient for the key enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Jiangsu province to raise money from the capital market. Fourthly, this paper studies how the key enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Jiangsu province adequately raise money from the capital market to promote their development through three sequential paths including entry. operation and exit. Finally, this paper discusses that some problems should be regarded in order to promote the development of agricultural industrialization in Jiangsu province through utilizing the function of the capital market. These problems include the orientation of the government’s role, the orientation of the enterprises’ aim and the deepening of the function of the capital market.更多还原
