【摘要】 生活压力事件是压力源的主要组成部分，它密切关系着个体的身心健康。国内对生活压力事件的系统研究较少，更缺乏本土化有针对性的测量工具。因此本研究拟编制一个有中国特色并具较高信、效度的中学生生活压力事件问卷，以促进国内生活压力事件研究的进一步发展，同时也为中学生心理健康研究提供有益的参考。 本研究在文献综述的基础上，根据理论构想结合对中学生先后两次的问卷调查，编制了中学生生活压力事件的初试问卷；在对895人进行初试问卷的调查后，再次运用探索性因素分析进一步形成了正式问卷，并运用多种信、效度检验法和社会人口统计学检验等考察了正式问卷的信、效度。 本研究结果主要如下： 1．中学生生活压力事件主要来源于：学习挫折压力事件、学习竞争压力事件、和师长同伴交往压力事件、和父母交往压力事件、恋爱压力事件、自然和社会环境压力事件、自我身心压力事件和亲友变故压力事件。 2．自编的中学生生活压力事件问卷的各种信、效度指标均较好，因此该问卷可以作为中学生生活压力状况的调查工具。 3．对样本的社会人口统计资料分析发现：(1)学习挫折压力事件是中学生生活中的最大的压力源(2)女中学生承受的生活压力在总体上和多数维度上高于男中学生。(3)职业中学学生承受的生活压力在总体上和多数维度上高于普通中学学生。(4)普通中学不同年级学生承受的压力总体上差别不大，但在一些具体维度上存在显著差异，职业中学不同年级学生承受的压力也同样存在这种状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Life events are major part of stressors, which have close relationship with people’s health in body and mind. The researches about life events are not enough and it is short of different questionaires of life events change for different people in our country. The study is order to develope a measurement about middle school students’life events change, which is supposed to have good reliability and validity.Based on investigating middle school students’ life events change by questionnaire, together with experts’ opinion and research works in this field, a life events change measurement that adapt to Chinese middle school students was developed.The results are as follows:The middle school students’ life events change were composed of eight factors, the study frustration stressor, study competion stressor, entironment stressor, relative accident stressor, self body and mind stressor, affiliating with parents stressor, and affiliating with teachers and companies stressor.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were examined strictly to prove that the questionnaire has good reliability and validity, which could be used as a good measurement in other researches.The analysis of overall, school, grand and sex characters of middle school students’ life events change were done. The results show the study frustration stressor is the most important stressor for middle school students; the life events change of female is higher than male in middle school students; the life events change of technical secondary school students is higher than normal middle school students; the life events change don’t have much difference in different grands students in each type of middle school.更多还原
