【摘要】 思想政治教育资源是进行思想政治教育的必要条件和重要内容。它在思想政治教育活动中所扮演的重要角色，决定了思想政治教育资源开发不仅是思想政治教育学基础理论的重要组成部分，而且是思想政治教育实践活动的重要内容。本文以马克思主义关于思想政治教育资源开发理论的指导，试图建构一个思想政治教育资源开发体系，全文共分四部分。 前言，阐明了研究思想政治教育资源开发的理论意义和实践价值，从而表明了选题的缘由和动机。同时交代了研究该问题的方法，在选择其中一种分类方法的基础上，来建构这个思想政治教育资源开发体系。 第一部分，思想政治教育资源开发的指导思想。把握迄今为止对思想政治教育资源开发的研究状况，是本文展开进一步探索的基础。本部分总结了马克思、恩格斯、列宁、斯大林和中国共产党的三代领导人关于思想政治教育资源开发的思想。这部分是全文的指导思想。 第二部分，思想政治教育资源开发的理论概述及研究的现状分析。在展开对思想政治教育资源开发一题的研究之前，首先对思想政治教育资源开发的一些基本问题进行阐释，包括资源、思想政治教育资源以及思想政治教育资源开发的含义、类型和特点，为下文重难点的出场做好铺垫和理论平台。在阐释这些基本问题的基础上，进一步阐明了研究该问题的理论价值与实践价值，揭示选题的原由与意义。 第三部分，思想政治教育资源开发体系。这部分既是本文的重点，又是本文的难点。该部分基于思想政治教育资源可以分为思想政治教育自然资源、思想政治教育人文资源和思想政治教育人才资源三大类，分别建立了三个思想政治教育资源开发子系统，其基本要素包括资源开发主体、开发客体、开发方法。本部分不仅就思想政治教育资源开发体系中各个要素的内在联系作了一定的揭示，而且深入分析如何开发三种类型资源，从而构建起一个较完整的思想政治教育资源开发体系。 第四部分，思想政治教育资源开发的原则与措施。前文是从方便研究的角度出发，选择其中一种分类方法，针对每一种思想政治教育资源建构一个有机的思想政治教育资源开发体系。本部分则是从宏观出发，根据思想政治教育的规律和各类资源开发的规律，总结思想政治教育资源开发活动应该遵循的原则，并依托这些原则，提出相应的思想政治教育资源开发措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ideological and political education resources are the essential condition and important contents of carrying on ideological and political education. Important role is acted in the ideology and politics educational activities, it is determined that the development of resources of ideological and political education is not only the important component of the basic theory of ideology and politics, but also the importance content of the activity of ideology and political education. This text is with the guidance about the theory of development of resources of ideological and political education of Marxism attempts to construct one system of development of resources of ideological and political education. The full text divides into four parts altogether.The preface: It expounds the theory meaning and practice value of studying development of resources of ideological and political education, thus show the cause and motive of the selected title. At the same time, it tells the method to study this question on the basis of choosing a kind of categories method and constructs the system of development of resources of ideological and political education.Part one: guidelines of development of resources of ideological and political education. It is the foundation of further research to hold the state of study on development of resources of ideological and political education up until now. This part summarizes the thoughts about development of resources of ideological and political education of Marx, Angles, Lenin, Stalin and three generations of leaders of Communist Party of China. This part is guidelines of a full text.Part two: the summarization of theory to development of resourcesof ideological and political education and analysis of research state.Before launching the study, we explain some basic problems of development of resources of ideological and political education at first, including the meaning, types and characteristics of the resource, ideological and political education resource and development of resources of ideological and political education. It can foreshadow and make theory platform well for the start of the heavy difficult point of the ensuing chapters. On the basis of explaining these basic problems, this part further expounds the theory value and practice value, discloses the reason and meaning of the selected title.Part three: system of development of resources of ideological and political education. This part is a focal point and the difficult point of this text. Resources of ideological and political education can be divided into the natural resources of ideological and political education, humane resources of ideological and political education and talent of ideological and political education. On the base of this clarification, this part attempts to set up three ideological and political education development of resources subsystem which including basic key elements, such as the subjects of development, the objects of development, approaches of development. This part not only discloses the inner link between key elements in the system of ideological and political education development of resources, but also deeply analyzes how to develop the three sorts of resources, thus build up a more intact system of development of resources of ideological and political education.Part four: principles and measures of development of resources of ideological and political education. Preceding paragraphs proceed from convenient studies, choose a kind of categorized method among them, and construct an organic system of development of resources of ideological and political education to every kind of ideological and political education resource.
