面向订单半流程制造业车间生产计划与控制的研究和应用

【摘要】 随着市场的销售与生产方式由“以产定销”向“以销定产”逐渐的转变,面向客户订单的多品种、小批量甚至单件生产,正在成为半流程制造业的主导生产方式。因此,建立合理有效的生产计划与控制系统对于半流程制造企业适应市场需要,以及提高其竞争能力具有重要的意义。本文以研究半流程式企业按“订单”生产的特点、总体结构和功能特征为基础,建立了车间生产计划的决策模型,采用对数图表法、基于启发式的遍历算法、任务分解、工序叠加等策略实现了车间生产计划的编制和动态控制。研究的内容主要包括: 1) 研究了半流程制造业面向订单生产模式具有的采购期长、交货期短和工序连续但工序间可间断的特点,并基于此提出了适应半流程制造业面向订单生产的系统总体结构,其主要内容包括动态有限资源能力评价、基于初能力平衡的订单评估、物料需求计划和生产作业计划、以及订单跟踪和现场数据的采集和反馈等,它们在总体上形成了一个集成的和闭环的系统。 2) 研究了面向订单半流程制造业车间生产计划与控制系统的功能特征:该系统是一个包含离散和连续变量的混合性系统,同时又是一个阶梯形结构的大系统;在生产过程描述中含有“确认”、“加工时间”等概念。进而基于该功能特征,通过分析现代生产系统中的大量不确定、模糊的因素,建立了模糊多属性折衷式决策模型,该模型具有一定的稳定性和鲁棒性,为模拟和实现决策者真实的计划决策心理和操作过程做了有益的尝试。 3) 分析了企业职能信息系统的集成性和各部门间的协调性,研究车间生产计划的制订过程,以模糊多属性折衷式模型实现了工艺路线的决策,采用对数坐标图表法,解决了多品种生产批量问题,用基于启发式的遍历算法实现了生产工单的排产,最后提出了任务分解、缩短工序间隔,相邻工序时间叠加,延迟后续工序等控制策略处理计划执行过程中工单的插单、延期、挂停与返工等特殊问题。 以上研究指导了某墙纸厂的车间生产计划与控制系统的设计、开发和应用,并得到验证。

【Abstract】 With the gradual change of the market sale and production mode from "Sale to Production" to "Production to Sale", multi-varieties and small or even single batch production is becoming the dominate mode of the semi-process industry. So, it is very important for the semi-process industry to establish effective production plan and control system so as to adapt to market requirement and to improve its competent ability. On the base of studying the characteristics, architecture and function attributes of make - to-order semi- process industry, this paper establishes a decision model of workshop production plan. It utilizes the logarithm graph, heuristic traverse algorithm, task disassembling, working procedure overlapping etc. to establish and control the workshop production plan dynamically. The main research contents are as follows.1 )The characteristics of semi-process industry based on make-to-order are studied, which means that the purchase tune is long while the due date is short, the working procedures are successive and discontinuous. Then the general structure of production system based on make-to-order mode in semi-process industry is put forward, which includes estimate of the dynamic finite resources, evaluation of the order based on rough capability balance, material requirement planning, production plan, order tracing, collection and feedback of the local data etc. They all together form an integrated and closed loop system as a whole.2) The function attributes of the workshop production plan and control system are also studied, that is to say, it is a complicated system including discrete and successive variables, and a great system which is ladder structure. Affirmance, process time etc. can be found in the description of the production process. We proposed a fuzzy multiple attribute decision- making model through analyzing the great number of uncertain and fuzzy factors based on these function attributes. This model is stable, robust and is beneficial to simulate and realize the decision - maker’s actual plan mind and work process.3) At the premise of analyzing the integration of the enterprise function information system and the harmony among departments, the paper studies the establishingprocess of the workshop production plan. According to the fuzzy multiple attribute decision- making model, we achieve the decision-making of technics route. Using the logarithm graph, multi-varieties production batch problem is resolved. The production scheduling is realized with heuristic traverse algorithm. At last, the strategies, which include disassembling task, shorting interval of the working procedure, overlapping working procedure, deferring the back working procedure etc., are brought forward to deal with the order’s inserting, postponement, freezing and doing again on carrying out the production plan.All the research is validated through the design, development and application of workshop production plan and control system of a certain Wall Paper factory in GuangDong.
