基于电力线和嵌入式WebServer的信息家电组网研究

【摘要】 随着嵌入式Internet技术和电力线通信技术的发展,越来越多的科研人员将家电网络化研究重点转移到应用日益广泛的嵌入式系统和电力线上网上来。本论文分析了现有的家电网络的模式,针对目前家居网络的需要,提出利用嵌入式技术和电力线通信技术实现对网络家电的远程监控。本文研究的信息家电组网方案旨在为用户提供更实用,具有更好性价比的家电上网方案。 本文采用嵌入式Internet技术、计算机网络技术、电力线数据通信技术,将基于TCP/IP协议的计算机网络结构与基于PLC(Power Line Communication)的总线结构有机地结合起来,引入Agent思想,构建了家电监控网络,进行了家电网络监控系统的硬件软件的设计、制作和调试,能实现在局域网乃至Internet网上对家电的实时监控。与传统的网络监控系统相比,本系统结构简单合理,体积大大减少,可靠性与稳定性大大提高,而且使用方便、灵活,实现了以最少的成本完成最多的任务的目的。 本文主要解决了两个问题:构建了HNP协议,实现了家庭局域网内,基于电力线的通信;实现了SX网络单片机和电力线通信接口的整合。本文主要从软件和硬件两方面来阐述家电组网监控方案,结构安排如下:第一章引出课题的研究范围,描述了其应用领域,并分析了本课题的技术核心嵌入式Internet技术和电力线通信技术及其现状。第二章针对远程家电控制的具体应用,提出了一套实用的基于嵌入式web服务器的信息家电电力线组网方案,并对系统进行了总体设计(包括硬件设计和软件设计)。第三章针对基于电力线组网的家电网络监控的硬件结构进行了详细的设计与描述。第四章深入探讨了TCP/IP协议栈及其在SX单片机系统中的具体实现。第五章论述了基于TCP/IP协议的网络通信模块,HNMAgent模块和SC1128接口通信模块。第六章给出了实验结果和分析。 由于本文作者经验和水平、时间有限,在实验过程了存在不少的疏漏和问题。本系统的规范化、标准化和通用性是继续研究的方向和重点。

【Abstract】 With development of embedded Internet and Power Line Communication technology, the focus of LA networking is more and more transferred to it. This paper analyses the present LA network model, propose using embedded Internet and Power line communication technology to implement remote control to LA.This paper uses embedded Internet technology, computer networking technology, power line data transferring technology, organically combines the TCP/IP basing computer networking architecture and PLC basing bus architecture,import Agent idea and finishes the designation, implementation and debugging of IA supervising system, which controls appliance through LAN and Internet in real time. As compared to traditional network supervising system, this system is more simple and reasonable in structure, more impact in size, has greater reliability, stability and more easier to use, fulfill more tasks in less cost.The structure of this paper is as below: In the first chapter, the research scope is introduced and the application field is described, also the core technology of embedded Internet and Power line communication and their existing situation is analyzed. In chapter two, pointed to the actual usage of appliance remote control, propose a set of applicable IA power line networking solution that bases on the embedded web server, and implement the whole design(including hardware design and software design). In the third chapter, it implements the detailed design and description of the hardware structure of power line networking based LA networking supervising. In the fourth chapter, the TCP/IP stack protocol and its implementation in SX MCU system is deeply discussed. In the fifth chapter, the network communication module based on TCP/IP protocol, HNMAgent module and sc1128 interfacing communication module is described. In the last chapter, experiment result and analysis is provided.The regularization, standardization and generalization of the system is my next goal.
