组合汽车继电器特性的测试技术及系统研究

【摘要】 组合汽车继电器在汽车电器开关中占有重要地位,其产品质量直接影响到汽车驾驶的安全性,因此在设计与生产中必须对其各项参数进行严格测试。本课题充分研究了组合汽车继电器的结构特点、参数特性,同时深入研究了国内外测试技术的最新进展,并采用混合总线技术研制了基于虚拟仪器的组合汽车继电器自动测试系统。 本文的主要工作及成果如下: ● 深入研究了组合汽车继电器的结构及其电参数特性;提出各项电参数的测量方法并设计了测试电路;实现了基于PCI和GPIB混合总线的组合汽车继电器虚拟仪器自动测试系统,并讨论了测试系统的硬件组成结构及各种仪器设备的具体性能、技术指标及程控特性等。 ● 详细研究了基于虚拟仪器的测试系统中对多种程控设备的控制方法及系统中的同步方法(负载电源的模拟电压控制方法、工业控制计算机与GPIB设备的通信方法;模拟通道采样的同步方法、测试程序中数据流的同步方法等)。讨论了测试系统中采用的各种抗干扰措施,并分析了各项电参数的测试结果。 ● 编制了组合汽车继电器虚拟仪器测试系统软件,分析了各项电参数的测试流程及程序;阐述了测试软件通用功能,如测试数据及波形的显示、输出、保存的实现方法,并详细讨论了测试软件与其它Windows应用程序的接口方法等。 该虚拟仪器系统经过实际运行,证明参数测试准确、系统运行可靠,达到了预期设计目标。

【Abstract】 Combined Automobile Relays are important parts of the electrical appliances in the automobile, and they must be designed and tested strictly in order to protect quality of relays. New test technology was researched in the term of Research on Test Technology of Characteristics of the Combined Automobile Relay, and applied to the Automatic Testing System of the combined automobile relays successfully.The main work and contributions as follow:Firstly, we researched the structure and electric parameters of the combined automobile relays carefully, put forward the test methods and designed the test circuits of these parameters. Owing to good plans, the Automatic Testing System based on Virtual Instrument was realized-successfully.Secondly, it was described in the dissertation that the structure and components of the Virtual Instrument System dealing with the combined automobile relays based on PCI and GPIB. In addition, we analyzed characteristics of every instrument of the test system.As key problems, the control, communication and synchronization, such as relay arrays control and GPIB communicatipn, of the Virtual Instrument Systemwere discussed carefully in the dissertation. We also discussed some anti-jamming solutions of the system.Finally, we designed the test software and analyzed flow charts of important function modules, realization of general function modules and the interface methods between LabVIEW and other Windows applications. Then the test results were shown and analyzed in the dissertation.In conclusion, we reached the design targets of the testing system and tested the electric parameters of the combined automobile relays accurately.
