新型自保持电磁阀的研制与磁性材料的应用

【摘要】 本文采用高性能的永磁材料和电磁铁联合作用原理设计研究具有自保持功能和自关闭功能的新型电磁阀,通过优化磁路和电路设计,不仅可以实现保持状态的零功耗,并可用于具有欠费拒用功能的智能化仪表上。 首先,本文分析了电磁阀的整体机构,并阐述了电磁阀由电磁控制和液压装置来实现的工作原理。 其次,针对目前磁性材料的种类及该电磁阀本身的特点,对电磁阀中关键部件永久磁铁和动铁芯的材料选择问题进行了详细的探讨。 再者,本文研究了电磁阀中永磁磁路和电磁磁路在各种工作状态下的磁力情况,尤其对永磁铁的工作状态和工作点进行了全新的探讨,验证了所设计电磁阀的合理性和可靠性。 最后,对电磁阀进行电路设计,采用大电容元件及反向脉冲放电,实现了断电自关闭功能。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces that the united theory of high capability permanent material and electromagnetic iron designs a new-type valve with the function of self-holding and self-closedown. And the valve can not only achieve zero consumption of the self-holding state, but also is used in the intellectualized instrument that can refuse the use if the user owes money by optimizing magnetic circuit and the design of electric circuit.Firstly, it analyzes the whole framework of the valve and the working theory of the device of electromagnetism and hydraulic pressure.Secondly, it discusses the problem of material choice of the the key components-permanent magnetic iron and moving iron core in detail, according to the kinds of the present magnetic material and the characteristic of the valve itself.Thirdly, it researches the maganetic force of the permanent magnetic circuit and electromagnetic circuit in all kinds of working state. Especially, it discusses the working state and the working point of the permanent magnet. It argues the rationality and reliability of the valve that we have designed.Lastly, it designs the electric circuit. The valve achieves the function of self-closedown when the electricity is stopped by using big capacitance components and reverse pulse discharge.
