基于Windows通用数控系统的设计研究及应用

【摘要】 数控系统的发展与计算机技术是紧密相连的,当前数控技术的研究主流是在PC机上搭建数控体系。本文以PC机为基础,以Windows操作系统为平台,以面向对象编程技术为手段,设计研究了具有开放性、模块化和可移植性的通用数控系统。论文的主要内容包括: (1)分析了国内外数控系统发展的概况以及基于Windows通用数控系统的实时性问题,并提出解决方案。 (2)搭建了基于Windows通用数控系统——STAR-2003的软硬件结构;设计研究了STAR-2003数控系统的各个功能模块,详细设计了调整、NC代码的编辑和编译模块。能够实现数控系统的绝大部分功能。 (3)在STAR-2003数控系统基础上,派生出STAR-2003W数控弯管机系统;设计了STAR-2003W数控弯管机系统软硬件结构和各个功能模块,并进行系统的安装调试。
【Abstract】 The development of CNC system closely contacts with computer technology, now, constituting CNC system based on PC has been a major development direction of numerical control technology. The Universal CNC system that is opening , modular and inheritable has been researched and designed based on PC and Windows operating system with Object-Oriented Programming.The followings have been achieved in this paper:(1) Analyze the survey of CNC technology overseas and domestic and the Real-Time Problem of the Universal CNC based on Windows, and put forward the practicable scheme .(2) Upbuild the software&hardware structure of the STAR-2003 Universal CNC system based on Windows; research all kinds of the modules of the STAR-2003 Universal CNC system; design the two modules of adjusting machine tool and edit&compile NC code in detail. The STAR-2003 system can realize a majority of function for CNC.(3) The STAR-2003W CNC pipe bending machine is derived from the STAR-2003 Universal CNC system based on Windows; It’ssoftware&hardware structure and all kinds of function modules havebeen designed, and the STAR-2003W system has been installed and tested finally.
