【摘要】 协同电子商务是在全球经济一体化的背景下，利用以Internet等为特征的新兴技术为实现手段，来改变企业业务活动模式，并在企业群的各业务单元间进行信息共享和知识创新。传统的协同电子商务解决方法是将信息发现、信息交互、订单处理等密切相关的业务模块作为各自独立的部分进行处理，从而缺乏一个完整的系统集成解决方案。 本文在重点分析协同电子商务理论与应用的基础上，结合Web Service和多Agent技术在解决协同电子商务问题上的优势，构建了一个基于Web Service的多Agent协同电子商务系统(MA-CECS)。并在研究和分析本系统的基础上，利用J2EE技术实现本系统，以解决协同电子商务中的信息发现与订单处理等问题。 利用Web Service与多Agent技术构建MA-CECS系统，使得系统的协同性、整体性与智能化处理能力得到较大提高，能够较好满足协同电子商务活动的开展要求。本文提出并实现MA-CECS系统，以解决协同电子商务中的信息发现与订单处理问题，为进一步实现复杂协同电子商务系统做了必要的理论与实践准备，具有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the environment of global economic integration, Collaborative E-commerce makes use of Internet-featured technology as the implement measure to change the operation mode of enterprise, and achieves in information sharing and knowledge innovation among each department of an enterprise. The traditional Collaborative E-commerce respectively deals with information discovering, information transferring, order processing, etc. and result in the lack of an integrated system solution.As an emphasis, this paper analyzes the theory and application of Collaborative E-commerce. Combined the advantage of Web Service and Multi-Agent technology on solving Collaborative E-commerce problems, the paper builds a Multi-Agent Collaborative E-commerce System based on Web Service (MA-CECS). Further more, on the basis of research and analysis of the system, the paper adopts J2EE technology to implement this system to solve the problems of Collaborative E-commerce such as information discovering, order processing and so on.Taking advantage of Web Service and Multi-Agent technology to build Collaborative E-commerce system will greatly improve the collaborative ability, integrity and the intelligent processing ability of the system, and preferably meet the requirement of carrying out Collaborative E-commerce activities.
