模糊方法在建设监理中的应用

【摘要】 自1988年以来,建设监理作为一项基本的建设管理制度体制改革措施在我国推行,实践证明这项制度有力的推动我国建设事业的发展。建设监理工作中有大量的模糊现象和不确定性问题,需要工程师凭借主观意愿和个人工作经验做出判断和决策,很难给出科学的定量分析。模糊数学的迅速发展给解决这类问题带来了新思路,它同系统工程、运筹学等理论相结合是对大量熟知方法的扩展。本文引入模糊数学中的基本方法,包括模糊聚类,模糊识别,模糊网络和模糊综合评判,对在建设监理投资控制,进度控制和质量控制中出现的模糊不确定问题建立数学模型并加以分析和研究,最终给出定量化的结果。通过模糊数学方法在工程中的应用,试图提高工程管理水平,促进建设监理事业发展。

【Abstract】 Since 1988, construction supervision (cs) has been implemented in china as a fundamental reform in construction management system. Construction supervision powerfully promote the development of construction in china since it is practiced. There are lots of fuzzy problems and indefinite phenomena in the course of construction management. Engineers usually make decisions depend on their personal experience and opinions. Sometime it does not lead to a scientific result. With the fast growing development of fuzzy mathematics, many new methods appear by the combination of fuzzy mathematics and other theory such as system engineering, operations research etc. This article will use several fundamental methods in fuzzy mathematics, including fuzzy clustering, fuzzy recognition, fuzzy critical path method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, to solve the fuzzy and indefinite problems in the course of investment control, progress control and quality control in construction supervision. Mathematical models will be set up and analyzed, a quantitative conclusion will be given at last. The level of civil management is wished to be proved by this way in order to support the development of construction supervision in china.
