在役管线漏磁检测中检测信号压缩方法的研究

【摘要】 铁磁性管道广泛应用于工业生产各部门,在其投入运行的后期是事故的高发期。所以对在役管线检测技术的研究具有非常重要的现实意义。检测信号压缩方法的研究是在役管线漏磁检测系统设计开发的重点之一,它将直接影响到设备的检测效率。 本文着重讨论了在役管线漏磁检测信号的压缩方法:首先通过对检测信号的分析,指出了只需压缩、存储缺陷信号的研究思路;然后在对缺陷信号特征进行深入研究的基础上,提出了基于改进SPIHT算法的检测信号压缩方法:大缺陷信号压缩方法和小缺陷信号压缩方法。 根据研究得到的检测信号压缩方法,本文深入探讨了基于DSP芯片的检测信号压缩系统中软件的设计开发:给出了软件设计流程,各流程的设计思想、方法,并对其中的关键算法在DSP集成开发环境CCS中进行了C语言的程序开发。

【Abstract】 Ferromagnetism pipeline have been used in many department of industry. The accidents often appear in the late of their service period. So the research on detection of working pipeline is very important. In designing leaky magnetic flux detecting system of working pipeline, research on compression method of detecting signals is one key problem. And it will directly influent the equipment detecting efficiency.The paper gives emphasize to the approach of detecting signals compression. Firstly, through analyzing detecting signals, the paper purposes the train of thoughts that just compressing and storing the flaw signals. Then, according to character of flaw signals, the paper comes up with the compression method of detecting signals, which is based on SPIHT arithmetic, including the compression methods of small flaw signals and big flaw signals.The paper also discusses the software exploitation of detecting signals compression system that is based on DSP. They are provided that the exploiting flow and means of every flow’s exploitation in the paper. In the end, C programs for some key arithmetic have been done in CCS that is integrating exploitation environment of DSP.
