【摘要】 研究目的：随着我国社会主义市场经济体制逐步完善以及体育改革不断向纵深发展，如何适应社会发展和体育改革的需要，并在此基础上促使自身持续发展，已经成为青少年业余体育训练进行改革的一个重大的课题。本研究试图从管理学的角度，运用有关组织的理论和方法对湖北省青少年业余体育训练进行个案研究，在综合分析与比较湖北省青少年业余体育训练各组织目标的构成、组织拥有的资源及其面临的问题的基础上，对湖北省青少年业余体育训练今后的发展趋势进行分析预测，并对我国今后青少年业余体育训练的改革提供一定的依据和现实参考。 研究方法：文献资料法、专家言谈法、问卷调查法 研究结果：1．现阶段湖北省青少年业余体育训练在规模上基本保持原有水平，但整体出现滑坡，体校由于环境的变化以及自身的一些特点而面临挑战，发展趋势不容乐观，在业余体育训练中的主体地位可能会被弱化，学校青少年业余体育训练将会得到充实和加强，并最终有可能成为青少年业余体育训练的主体。但在一定的时期内体校仍将占据主导地位，并会逐渐发展完善。2．在办学力量上呈现出多元化，由原来体育行政部门单独办体校发展到体育行政部门、社会和个人、企业等多种力量加入到青少年业余体育训练中。但社会化程度依然不够，各级各类学校之间交流与合作不足，对外影响依然不大。3．办学目的和动力出现多元化，由原来以竞技体育价值取向转变为竞技体育、群众体育、体育产业开发等相并存，内涵更加丰富和深刻。4．在青少年业余体育训练层次上有所延伸，除了原有三级网外还加强了一些重点项目的幼儿业余训练，开设青少年体育俱乐部等，辐射面有所加大，但仍然没有形成立体网络。5．学习、训练矛盾难以解决，运动员出路不畅通仍然是影响和制约青少年业余体育训练发展的重要因素。 结论与建议：1．在计划经济体制向市场经济体制转变的过程中，青少年业余体育训练面临着新的机遇和挑战。对此要有足够清醒的认识，针对不同层次、硕士学位论文入IAS飞一ER’S川ES!S缪一类别的体校加大改革力度，使之逐渐完善:对学校青少年业余体育训练要高度重视，并逐渐予以加强，促使其健康、快速、有序发展。2.青少年业余体育训练在办学力量、办学目的及动力上出现多元化趋势，其内涵更加丰富和深刻。但是社会化程度仍然不够，各种训练组织之间沟通与合作仍然不够。应该采取多种措施，积极鼓励和引导业余训练向多元化方向发展，并加强横向竞争、合作，以及强化纵向链接，最终形成多元化、立体化的业余训练网络。3.如何平衡学、训二者之间的关系和矛盾仍是制约青少年业余体育训练发展的主要因素。从长远来看，以人为本，加强业余体育训练运动员的文化学习，促进运动员的全面发展以及增强其社会适应能力，将是今后一个时期内业余训练急切需要解决的一个重大问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Study purpose: With China socialism market economy system gradually perfect and athletics deeper reformation, how to adapt to the society and athletics reform, to keep itself on developing, have already become important lessons of teenager amateur athletics train. This research tries the angle from the management and applies the relevant theories and methods from organize to define Hubei province teenager amateur athletics train case study. At synthesize analyze and comparing each buildup target and constitute, organize resources that owns and buildup problems that faces last, proceeds the development trend aftertime, and gives certain of advices to reformation China teenager amateur athletics train proceeds.Study method: Cultural heritage data method, the expert talk method, the questionnaire investigate method.Research consequences: 1 .Current situation is on the scale of the basic level originally possessed, but the whole appears down. Because of the environment changing and shortcomings, teenager amateur athletics train schools face challenges, the trend is not optimistic, and the position may be weakened. But in a long time it certainly will retain predominant. Now presents the diversification on the enterprise, various powers join into the enterprises instead of originally alone by athletics administrative. The society joins with personal power and become important, but the degree still not enough, lack of exchanges and cooperation among various schools, outward affect still not very. The purpose and motive diversified and much more plentiful, changing from originally athletics worth to athletics, crowd athletics, athletics industry develop. The teenager amateur athletics train has the extension on the level of structure. Besides originally the x-rated net, infant items got enhanced some points, and the teenager athletics clubs and etc were set up, radiate had the enlargement, but it still did not become the stereoscopic network. The infliction between study and train difficult to solve, athlete exit not influent still affect roughly teenager amateur athletics train as important factors.Conclusion and suggestion: At process from planned to market economysystem, teenager amateur athletics training faces the new opportunity with challenge. Cognition this want enough and soberly, and aim at the different level of structure, category, enlarge various amateur athletics train school reform degree. To school teenager amateur athletics train, besides paying high attention, gradually enhancing, and urging its development with health, fleetness and harmony is needed. But the degree of acculturation, communicate and cooperate among every kind of training buildup are still not enough. Various measure and positive encouragement should be adopted to lead amateur athletic train to diversified direction development, from single role to various powers, and enhance the horizontal competition, cooperation, and the lengthways connect, finally form multitude and stereoscopic amateur training network. In a long run, how to improve the culture study of amateur athletics, forward completely development and strengthen their ability adapt to society, will be from now on an important problem that anxiously demands resolve.
