基于“NTN”校准法的脉冲波形参数国家基准的关键技术研究

【摘要】 摘要本文详细研究了利用“NTN”校准法建立脉冲波形参数国家基准的几项关键技术。其主要研究内容为:“NTN”校准法的数据处理算法、“NTN”校准法的实验系统硬件连接及设置、脉冲波形参数国家基准应用软件的设计与开发。分为以下几部分进行叙述。首先,对“NTN”校准法的数据处理进行了详尽的研究。包括:去抖动、去失衡、反卷积分离等算法。在此基础上提出了补偿时基抖动的综合法、“NTN”校准法的相位解卷绕技术以及“NTN”校准法的反卷积滤波器的设计等。其次,对“NTN”校准法自动测试系统的硬件连接及设置进行了详细说明。包括设备、连接方法、注意事项以及完成“NTN”校准需要的各种设置。最后,给出了脉冲波形参数自动分析测试应用软件,包括示波器控制、数据处理及结果分析软件,介绍了它们的设计与开发。

【Abstract】 Several key technologies in the establishment of the standard of national pulseparameter using Nose-to-Nose technology are discussed detailedly in the dissertation. The main concerns of this dissertation are as follows: the data processingalgorithms of “NTN” technology; the hardware connections and some related settingsin the testing system of “NTN” calibration procedure; and the designing anddevelopment of national pulse parameter standard software system. To be in moredetail, the dissertation is presented as the following parts. Firstly, data processing algorithms of “NTN” technology are researched minutely,which include the compensation of timing-jitter, the elimination of errors introducedby the leakage of strobe pulse, and deconvolution separation. Based on the aboveresearch, the synthetical method for the compensation of timing-jitter, the phaseunwrapping technology in “NTN” calibration procedure and the optimizeddeconvolution filter applied to “NTN” technology are developed. Secondly, the hardware connections and settings of automatic “NTN” calibrationsystem are described at length, including the introduction of instruments, connectingmethods, operating warnings and related settings for the completion of “NTN”calibration procedure. Finally, the automatic analyse and measurement software system of pulseparameter is given, which includes the instrument remote control software as well asthe data processing and analyzing software. The designing and development of thesoftware are also presented.
