中药复方宫血净减少米非司酮药流后副作用的机理研究

【摘要】 目的：通过实验，观察宫血净化瘀止血、抗炎镇痛的药效作用，探索宫血净减轻米非司酮药流副作用的机理。 方法：应用主要药效学、血清药理学、组织病理学、放射免疫学等实验方法，观察宫血净止血、活血、抗炎、镇痛的作用，探索宫血净减轻米非司酮副作用的作用机理。 结果：1．宫血净的药效作用：宫血净有减少小鼠出血时间和凝血时间的作用；能够改善急性血瘀大鼠血液流变学指标；有减轻大鼠足跖肿胀和小鼠耳廓肿胀的作用；有减轻冰乙酸致小鼠扭体的作用，对热板法致小鼠疼痛无明显作用。2．宫血净的作用机理；宫血净含药血清对大鼠离体子宫收缩作用不明确，但能协同催产素增加子宫收缩频率；宫血净有促进日本大耳白兔在体子宫平滑肌收缩的强度；减少药流大鼠出血量，增强凝血功能的作用；有促进药流大鼠子宫蜕膜排出和增加药流大鼠子宫平滑肌弹力纤维数量的作用；有促进药流大鼠子宫内膜修复的作用；有降低药流大鼠血液的TXB₂、PGF₁。水平和TXB₂／PGF_1α值，降低P、PRL水平，升高E₂、FSH、LH水平的作用。 结论：宫血净有一定的止血、活血、抗炎、镇痛作用，作用机理可能与它促进子宫收缩，促进蜕膜组织排出，增加子宫平滑肌弹力纤维数量，促进子宫修复，增强凝血功能，降低TXB₂／P6F_1α值，降低P、PRL水平，升高E₂、FSH、LH水平等有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Observate the effects of GongXieJing(GXJ) which remove blood stasis, stop bleeding, ease inflammation , ease pain and inquire the mechanism of GXJ how it reduces the side effects of drug abortion.Methods: Observate the effects of GXJ which remove blood stasis, stop bleeding, ease inflammation, ease pain and inquire the mechanism of GXJ how it reduces the side effects of drug abortion through the ways of main pharmacodynamics , serum pharmacology, tissue pathology and radiate immunology.Results: 1. The effects of GXJ:GXJ can shorten the time of mice bleeding and solidfing;GXJ can benefit the indexes of blood circulation and variation of rats which are blood stasis; GXJ can reduce the volume of rats’ feet and the weight of mice’ ears; GXJ can prolong the inubation time and reduce the number of times mice angulate their bodies;GXJ have no obvious effect on shortening the time of mice licking their feet. 2. the mechanism of GXJ :GXJ can increase the intensity and frequency of animal’s ureri contraction What’ s more, GXJ can benefits drug abortion rats in many aspects:GXJ can accelerate to eliminate the tissue of decidua ;GXJ can benefit to repair pathology change of the uteri tissue and increase the quantity of the uteri smooth muscle; GXJ can shorten the time of PT , PTT , reduce the level of TXB2 , PGF1a, TXB2/PGF1a , P, PRL and raise the level of E2, FSH, LH of the drug abortion rats.Conclusions: GXJ has the effects of invigorating the circulation and removing blood stasis ,hemostasis, easing inflammation and pain; the mechanism of GXJ how it lighten the side effect of drug abortion probable is that it can promote uteri contracting, accelerate to eliminate the tissue of decidua, benefit to repair pathology change of the uteri tissue , increase the stretch fibre quantity of the uteri smooth muscle, strengthen the function of solidfing blood, reduce the level of TXB2 , PGF1a, TXB2/PGF1a, P, PRL and raise the level of E2, FSH, LH.更多还原
