【摘要】 20世纪后期以来，经济的全球化与本地化为特征的产业集群现象并行不悖的发展，正对世界经济产生深刻的影响。在全球各地那些快速成长的成功区域，通常是以一个主导产业为核心，大量产业联系密切的企业及相关支撑机构在空间上集聚，从而使该地区形成参与国际竞争的强劲、持续竞争优势。因此，特定区域产业集群的经济现象引起了人们广泛关注。 综观国内外相关研究成果，大多数集中与产业集群的内涵、特征、发展战略、运行规模等方面的综合研究上，而很少研究产业集群的更深层次的问题，如产业集群的形成和发展机理、产业集群与区域竞争优势的关系问题，这些问题有待进一步研究。本文采用理论研究和实证研究相结合的方法，对当前理论界并没有做过深入和细致研究的产业集群和区域竞争优势的关系问题做了系统分析，提出了产业集群和区域竞争优势的互动模型，旨在揭示产业集群与区域竞争优势内在的本质联系，从而为地方政府制定产业集群战略提供理论指导和分析框架，促进区域竞争优势的提升或形成。 本文共分五部分： 第一部分，介绍了本文的研究意义、目的、结构和方法等内容。 第二部分，主要对我们研究对象：产业集群和区域竞争优势分别进行了界定；并对相关理论进行了回顾。 第三部分，从产业集群的形成动力机制出发，论述了产业集群和区域竞争优势之间的互动关系，并从纯经济学、社会网络理论和创新理论这三个方面进行了系统的解释。 第四部分，实证研究部分。主要对武汉·中国光谷发展光电子信息产业的优势、发展现状、发展模式、产业集群效应等方面行进了系统的分析，希望能对武汉·中国光谷的发展提供一定的理论支持。 第五部分，后记。提出我们研究的不足和需要进一步探讨的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the later period of the 20 century on, economy globalization and industry cluster which feather is localization is hand-in-hand. These phenomena have profound effect on the world economy. The districts which are fast growth and successful all over the world take one industry as the core industry. At the same the time, the correlative industries surround this district. In this way, the regional competitive advantage will fast upgrade. So, the economy phenomenon 梩he industry cluster attract the public’s sight.The mass of research outcome of both in China’ and outside mainly focus the attention on the implication ,the run mode, the feature and the development strategy. The scholars rarely study the profound problem of the industry cluster, for example, formation and development mechanism of the industry cluster, the relationship of the industry cluster and the regional competitive advantage. We must further study these problems. Based on theoretic analysis and case analysis, the article discusses the relationship between industry cluster and regional competitive advantage which the scholars didn’t deeply study. The writer expound the interaction model of the industry cluster and the regional competitive advantage. The aim of this paper is to reveal relationship with industry cluster and regional competitive advantage which is based on analysis industry cluster and regional competitive advantage. By doing this, the writer try to inform industrial policy makers of cluster’s living mechanism and provide them with an analysis mode, especially can direct the development of Wuhan ?china optical valley.This paper concludes five parts:The first part, we introduce the research meaning, intention, structure and method etc. The second part, we introduce the definition of industry clusters and the features of , industry cluster; subsequently we introduce the definition of regional competitive advantage be based on the definition of competitive power. Finally, we look back the relevant theory.The third part, from formation mechanism of industry cluster on, we introduce the interaction relationship industry cluster and regional competitive advantage. At the same time, we explain the relationship on the economics, the social network theory and innovation theory. The fourth part, study the development of Wuhan ?china optical valley, we mainly analyze the advantage, utilization of industry cluster, model of the development of Wuhan ?china optical valley.
