【摘要】 近年来，交通运输物流业已经成为国内外产业发展的热点，而物流信息化则成为交通运输物流业发展的主要特点。但是，我国物流信息化的发展与国际先进水平的差距是全方位的，不仅体现在软硬件的现代化程度和操作上，在发展模式和构造理念上差距更大。我国物流信息化发展所以存在如此差距，其主要问题包括以下几点：1)受现行经济体制的制约，物流企业信息化设施和管理的发育程度较低；2)未能使物流与电子商务成功接轨；3)物流信息平台的建设问题急需解决。这种现实状况已经严重制约着我国交通运输物流业的发展。因此，有效利用我国现有的物流发展条件，积极地使用现代化的信息技术推进交通运输物流业的信息化，是我国物流业适应国际物流市场发展变化的基本要求。 物流信息化发展的方向应当是通过信息化技术的使用，有效形成生产商、物流商和需求方的有机的供应链关系，从而降低整个商务活动的物流成本和交易成本，并最终使产品的设计、生产更好的满足各方面的要求。 应用信息技术对物流业进行信息化改造，带动我国物流水平的整体提高，实现现代物流的跨越式发展，应该明确物流信息化建设的目标，并把握以下战略步骤：1)加快物流信息化组织体制建设，向“便于信息快速流动与使用”方向发展；2)制订出物流信息化发展规划，从而确立现代物流信息化建设目标和实施方案，指导现代物流信息化建设有条不紊地开展；3)建立和完善物流信息化技术支撑体系。 物流信息化建设是一项长期的任务，根据有所为有所不为的原则，现阶段可抓住以下重点进行建设：1)物流信息标准化数据库建设；2)物流信息平台的建设与开发，通过物流信息整合已有的资源，构筑物流信息平台为物流业的发展提供支撑，使物流系统(主要指社会物流)发挥最大的整体效益；3)物流决策理论与应用系统开发研究；4)物流信息化人才的培养。只有拥有掌握信息技术的人才，才能充分发挥信息化物流设备的效能，实现人的知识和创新能力与设备的完美结合，最大限度地提高物流效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, the logistics industry has already become the focus of domestic and international industry development, and the logistics informationization has become the main characteristic of logistics industry development. But, the disparity between logistics informationization of our country and of international most advanced level is omni-directional, on not only reflecting in modernized degree and operating of the software and hardware, but also reflecting in development model and constructing idea. The subject matter includes the following several points: 1) Logistics enterprises’ development degree of informationization facility and management is relatively low; 2) Failing to make logistics and e-commerce succeed in integrating; 3) The construction problem of the information platform of the logistics is badly in need of solution. Such realistic state has been already restricting the development of the logistics industry of our country seriously. So, it is the basic demand adapting to the development and change of international logistics market for logistics industry of our country, utilizing our country’s existing condition of logistics, using the modernized information technology to advance the informationization of the logistics industry effectively.The development direction of logistics informationization should be to form the effective organic supply chain relation of manufacturer, logistics trader and demand side, through the use of information technology, in order to reduce logistics cost and transaction cost of the whole commercial activity, and make the design and production of the products respond to the requests of various fields better finally.Our country should define the goal of the construction of logistics informationization, and hold the following strategic step: 1) Accelerating the construction of organizing system of logistics informationization; 2) Making out the development plan of logistics informationization; 3) Setting up and perfecting the technical support system of logistics informationization.The construction of logistics informationization is a long-term task. According to the principle of doing what is appropriate and discard what isinappropriate, we can carry on the following focal points at the present stage: 1) Establishment of the standardized database of logistics information; 2) Constniction and development of the information platform of the logistics; 3) Developmental research of the decision theory and application system of the logistics; 4) Cultivation of talents of the logistics informationization.更多还原
