数字式多费率电能表自动抄表系统的研发

【摘要】 随着人们生活水平的提高,一户一表甚至一户多表成为可能,而且电能表费率也由以前的一成不变,改为由时段来决定“峰、平、谷”这三种或更多的费率。这种发展趋势致使抄取电能表数据成为一个庞杂的工程,而传统的手工抄表方式已经远远不能满足人民生活的需要,因此,新的、便捷的抄表方案急待推出。 作者在分析了电力线抄表、电话线抄表、红外线抄表、无线射频抄表、IC卡抄表等一系列抄表方案的优劣后,根据客户要求和现场实际,提出了将无线红外通信和有线串行通信相结合的抄表方案。本文系统地介绍了作者参与研制与开发的多费率电能表抄表系统,它很好的解决了传统手工抄表的效率低、成本高、准确性差等诸多缺点。该系统主要由三大模块组成:电能表、手抄器、上位机。本文以各个模块之间是如何协同工作的,以及电能表数据在这几个模块中如何传输作为主要线索,通过该线索分别阐述了电能表与手抄器之间的红外通信,手抄器与上位机的RS-232串行通信,以及电能表与上位机的RS-485/RS-232串行通信。本系统中,电能表的微处理器是在Microchip公司提供的PIC系列单片机,其汇编程序是在MPLAB编译环境下开发和调试的;手抄器是LAND公司的HT-2800型掌上电脑,其应用程序是在该公司提供的模拟仿真平台上,使用HTBASE语言设计、开发;上位机系统的开发是使用VB6.0,并采用ActiveX Data Objects技术通过ADO对象访问ACEESS数据库,从而实现数据管理的目的。 本论文研究的自动抄表系统是名副其实的跨学科跨专业的课题,它涉及了电子电路、传感技术、单片机控制、嵌入式系统、计算机通信和计算机软件等多种学科,因此本系统在电能表行业中具有很高的自动化程度。该系统把人工抄表和自动抄表相结合,成功的实现了通过PC机、掌上电脑对电能表数据的传输,存储,管理的自动化。不仅方便了供电部门的管理人员,也方便了电能表用户。该系统已经在江苏地区推广使用近一年,运行稳定,可靠,取得了很高的经济效益。受到用户好评。

【Abstract】 With standard of living developing, it becomes possible that one house has one or even more Watt-hour Meters. And electricity rate is not unchangeable like before. The rate of peak, flat, valley can be set accord by time. So reading meter system becomes a huge and multifarious project. Traditional manual reading system no longer meets the new request, and new convenient reading meter system is expected.Author has analyzed many schemes such as electric cable reading system, telephone line reading system, infrared ray reading system, Hertzian waves reading system, 1C card reading system. We design a new scheme of combing infrared communication and serial communication based on client request and local condition. This paper introduces the Digital Multi-rate Watt-hour Meter Automatic Reading System, which is developed by author. This system solves the traditional manual reading meter problem of inefficient, high cost and low precision. Three modules are made up of the system, which includes Watt-hour Meter, handset and PC. The paper’ s main thread is how each modules work together and how data transmits through--these modules. Meter’s MPU is Microchip product, and assembler is compiled by PIC assemble language in MPLAB circumstance. The handset is LAND Co. ’ s product, which program is compiled by HTbase language. Management Information System is developed with VB6.0, and used ActiveX Data Objects technology connecting Access database.This project strides over many subject such as electrocircuit, sensor, singlechip, embed system, computer communication, and software engineering, so this reading rneter system is a high automatic level system. The system successfully integratesAuto-Reading and Manual-Reading, and realizes automatic managing data, which not only convenience manager, hut alse convenience user. This system has been run steadily in JiangSu province for one year, and obtained high economy benefit.
