【摘要】 目的：探讨可摘式钛合金牙周夹板对成人牙周病松动牙的临床固定效果。 方法：对非夹板固定组、钴铬合金牙周夹板组、钛合金牙周夹板组(后简称非夹板组、钴金组、钛金组)三组共30例成人牙周病患者进行三种修复治疗，记录患牙治疗前及治疗1年后的牙齿松动度、牙周袋深度、牙周附着丧失、牙槽骨吸收量，并对结果进行比较。 结果：治疗前：钛金组与非夹板组、钴金组患牙松动度、牙周袋深度、牙周附着丧失、牙槽骨吸收量的比较差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；治疗1年后：钛金组与非夹板组牙齿松动度的比较差异有统计学意义(p＜0.05)；与钴金组比较差异无统计学意义(p＞0.05)。钛金组与非夹板组、钴金组的牙周袋深度、牙周附着丧失、牙槽骨吸收量比较差异均无统计学意义(p＞0.05)；钛金组和钴金组牙周夹板对成人牙周病松动牙的修复疗效均为90％；非夹板组的修复疗效为40％(按周书敏疗效标准)；两种夹板的疗效比较差异无统计学意义(p＞0.05)，但与非夹板组比较差别有统计学意义(p＜0.05)。 结论：1、与非夹板组相比，钛金组和钴金组戴夹板后松动患牙都获得良好的固定疗效。 2、可摘式铸造牙周夹板对成人牙周病松动牙既能起到松牙固定作用，又能修复患者的缺失牙，是牙周病治疗理想的修复方法。 3、成人牙周病松动牙在经过完善牙周病系统治疗后应及时进行夹板修复，并且坚持定期复查，以保证临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective: To investigate the effectiveness of removable Titanium -alloy splint in fixing the loosen teeth of adult periodontitis. Methods: Applying 3 designing projects in the three groups. Recording the patients’ tooth mobility , probing depth , attachment loss and alveolar bone resorption, then compared the data. Results: Before treating, there were no statistical differences between Titanium-alloy splint group and non-splint, Co-Cr-alloy splint group in tooth mobility, probing depth, attachment loss and alveolar bone resorption (p>0.05). After 1 year’ treating, Titanium-alloy group and non-splint group were significantly different in tooth mobility (p<0.05), otherwise, Titanium-alloy groupand Co-Cr-alloy group were not significantly different in it(p>0.05). Moreover there were no statistical differences in probing depth , attachment loss and alveolar bone resorption between Titanium-alloy group and non-splint, Co-Cr-alloy group (p>0.05). The effectiveness were both 90% in Titanium and Co-Cr alloy group, yet non-splint group was 40%.(according to Zhoushumin’ norm). The effectiveness of two kinds of splints was not significant different(p>0.05), but it was different compared to the non-splint group(p<0.05). Conclusions:1. Compared to non-splint group, Titanium-alloy and Co-Cr-alloy splint groups had curative effectiveness in fixing loosen teeth of adult periodontitis.2.R’emovable casting periodontal splints were not only having effectiveness infixing the loosen teeth , but also sometimes in repairing missing teeth. So, theywere perfect designing project in treating periodontal disease.3. The adult periodontitis patients shall wear splints after being treated perfectperiondotitis initial treatment and shall persist in counterchecking in order toensure clinical curative effect.更多还原
