【摘要】 目的：探讨超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）与代谢综合征及其组成成份的关系。方法：对参加重庆地区流行病学调查的219例自然人群，行口服75g葡萄糖耐量试验，并测定血脂、血尿酸、hs-CRP。循环血hs-CRP测定采用采用免疫比浊法。结果：（1）219例被抽查人群中，男126例，女93例，年龄23-87岁，BMI 18.1-35.7 kg/m2，有代谢综合征者36例（占16.4%），至少有1个代谢综合征成份者148例（占67.6%）。 （2）有代谢综合征者hs-CRP水平明显高于无代谢综合征者，且随着代谢综合征成份数目增多，hs-CRP水平逐渐升高（P﹤0.001）。（3）相关分析显示hs-CRP 浓度和年龄、BMI、WHR、收缩压、舒张压、空腹血糖、餐后血糖、TG、TC、尿酸、Homa-IR呈正相关, 与HDL-c呈负相关。（4）在调整年龄、性别、吸烟的影响后， hs-CRP与代谢综合征发生显著相关（P﹤0.001）。结论：循环血hs-CRP浓度变化与代谢综合征成份多少有关，hs-CRP水平增高是代谢综合征发生的重要标志。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective：To study the associations between the serum high-sensitive C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）and the metabolic syndrome and its features. Methods：219 subjects who took part in an epidemiological investigation in Chongqing City were given 75g oral glucose tolerance test, and the levels of serum lipids, urinal acid and hs-CRP were measured. An immunoturbidimetric test was adopted to quantify the serum hs-CRP.Results：Out of the 219 subjects (126 men and 93 wemen) aged 23 to 87 years with BMI 18.1-35.7kg/m2, there were 36 subjects (16.4%) with the metabolic syndrome, 148 subjects (67.6%) with at least one of the features of the metabolic syndrome. The concentration of serum hs-CRP of the subjects with the metabolic syndrome was significantly higher than those without it, and the hs-CRP level rose gradually along with the increase of the number of the features (P<0.001). The correlation analyses indicated that the concentration of the serum hs-CRP was associated positively with age, BMI, WHR, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, fasting plasma glucose (FPG), 2-h plasma glucose, triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), uric acid, Homa-IR, and negatively with HDL-c. Adjusting the influences of age, sex and smoking, there was a significant association between the serum hs-CRP and the metabolic syndrome (P<0.001). Conclusions：The concentration of the serum hs-CRP rises with the increase of the number of the features of the metabolic syndrome, and a high level of the serum hs-CRP is a valuable marker of the metabolic syndrome.更多还原
