水氮供应对日光温室番茄生育及品质影响的研究

【摘要】 本试验研究了六种不同的水氮处理(W1N1、W1N2、W1N3、W2N1、W2N2和W2N3)和7个品种对日光温室秋冬茬栽培番茄(Lycopersicon esculentum Miller)生理生育、品质的影响,并采用灰关联法对其进行多目标综合评价。主要研究结果如下: 1)在本试验条件下,水氮供应对番茄表观生长量无显著影响;灌水量对产量的影响不显著,随着施氮量的增加,番茄产量显著提高。 2)叶绿素含量、茎叶中硝酸盐含量、硝酸还原酶和过氧化氢酶活性随着施氮量的增加而增加,随着灌水量的增加而降低。 3)灌水量对Vc无显著影响,氮过多或过少可降低果实Vc含量;施氮量增加、灌水量减少,可提高果实可溶性蛋白、游离氨基酸、硝酸盐含量,其中硝酸盐含量随着施氮量的增加而增加,随着灌水量的增加而降低,但随着果实成熟度的提高而降低。 4)以6种水氮供应对产量和品质进行的灰关联多目标综合评价中,W2N1处理最优。 5)番茄各品种叶片硝酸还原酶活性与硝酸盐含量差异显著,且呈显著负相关,与产量呈极显著正相关;亚硝酸还原酶活性差异不显著,亚硝酸盐含量差异显著且与硝酸盐成正相关。 6)番茄品种果实含水量之间差异不显著;供试材料Vc、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、有机酸受品种影响大;而硝酸盐含量差异显著,亚硝酸盐含量差异不显著。果实可溶性蛋白与游离氨基酸呈显著正相关,硝酸盐与亚硝酸盐呈极显著正相关。

【Abstract】 In this experiment, the effects of 6 irrigation and nitrogen levels (W1N1, W1N2, W1N3, W2N1, W2N2, W2N3) and 7 varieties on growth, development and quality were studied through autumn to winter cultural tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Miller) in solar greenhouse, in addition, different and varieties were evaluated muti-objectively and comprehensively by Grey Relativity Analysis. The main results are as follows:1) In this experiment, tomato growth not affected under different water and nitrogen levels, yields is not distinctly affected by irrigation supply, but nitrogen supplies. The yields increased prominently alongwith nitrogen increasing.2) Chlorophyll content, nitrate content, nitrate reductase activity and catalase activity in stem or leaf significantly increased and reduced along with nitrogen and water levels raising.3) The shortness and excessiveness of nitrogen supply would reduce ascorbic acid (Vc) content, but not affected by water supply. Soluble protein, free amino acid, organic acid and nitrate content in tomato fruit are effectively improved according to the nitrogen increment along nitrate increment in tomato fruit, but not affected by water supply. Content of nitrate increased along with nitrogen supply levelsraising, but decreased significantly with its ripening.4) Among the six treatments, W2N1 had the best based on the results of Gray Relativity Analysis considering yield and quality.5) Significant negative correlation at level 0.05 between tomato leaf nitrate reductase activity and nitrate were found, had distinct difference , and significant positive correlation at level 0.01. Nitrite reductase activity had no distinct difference, nitrite content had distinct difference, significant positive correlation at level 0.05 between nitrite and nitrate.6) The content of water had no distinct difference in tomato fruit. The effects of varieties on Vc, soluble protein and sugar, organic acid were the greater. But the content of nitrate had distinct difference and nitrite content no distinct difference. Significant positive correlation at 0.05 between fruit soluble protein and free amino acid had distinct difference, significant positive correlation at 0.01 between fruit nitrate and nitrite had distinct difference.
