基于LonWorks网络的上位机智能模糊监控系统构建技术研究

【摘要】 LonWorks是一种现场总线,在控制领域有广泛的应用。LonWorks由LNS Server、LNS Data Server提供服务,使用LonMaker、Nodebuilder等工具设计和构建LonWorks网络控制系统。 LonWorks网络使用LonTalk协议,采用载波侦听多路访问算法通讯。网络是事件驱动的,可以以网络变量的形式传递网络消息。 根据LonWorks网络上位机的位置,可以将LonWorks网络划分为两类:一类是本地监控LonWorks网络,一类是远程监控LonWorks网络。在远程监控的LonWorks网络中,上位机与LonWorks网络有两种连接方式——通过Modem连接和通过Internet连接。由于LonWorks网络连接方式的不同,LonWorks网络上位机软件也相应分为三种形式——单机模式、C/S模式、B/S模式。 基于LonWorks网络上位机模糊监控系统是软件模糊控制器构成的自适应监控系统。本文介绍了它的构建方法。提出了与LonWorks网络三种连接方式相对应的三种上位机软件模式;探讨了一种新的模型挖掘算法——组合模型挖掘算法;通过对模糊控制参数和关联参数的修改,修改模糊子集的取值范围,其模糊量化指标不变,各模糊子集的隶属函数只与模糊量化指标有关,使模糊推理规则独立,从而将知识库的修改简化为只修改控制参数和关联参数,实现自适应优化控制的目的;在软件结构上,将自适应部件和控制部件分离,在自适应部件进行复杂的知识挖掘时,知识库不会发生改变,不影响控制部件的推理结果,只有一次挖掘结束,对知识库统一修改后新的知识库才起作用,这样使自适应和模糊控制相对独立;在控制时,将控制部件产生的控制信息存入控制数据库,控制数据库中的数据发生变化时,触发改变控制执行部件的状态,在控制部件进行模糊推理时,不影响控制执行部件,使模糊推理与控制执行独立。 尽管在软件结构上采用了分离技术,减少了对控制延迟的影响,但是,基于LonWorks网络上位机智能模糊监控系统毕竟要在上位机中进行一定规模的推理、计算,将产生一定的延迟。特别在C/S模式和B/S模式下,还存在通讯的开销,延迟较大,因而,它只适宜用于对延迟要求不高的控制系统。

【Abstract】 LonWorks is a local bus and is used in the control field widely. LNS Server and LNS Data Server provide Lon Works’ serves, to design and build Lon Works networks control system use the tools, such as LonMaker, Nodebuilder etc..Lon Works uses LonTalk protocol and CSMA communicate. The networks are drove by events and may use networks variable exchange information.According to the station of upper computer, Lon Works networks were compartmentalized for two types. One is the LonWorks network that is monitored and controlled in the local computer; the other is the LonWorks network that is monitored and controlled in the remote computer. In the LonWorks networks that is monitored and controlled in the remote computer, there are two types connection form between the upper computer and the LonWorks networks - through modem and Internet Because the connection form of LonWorks networks is different, the software modes of upper computer of LonWorks networks were compartmentalized for three corresponding types. PC mode, C/S mode and B/S mode.Fuzzy monitor and control system of the upper computer based on LonWorks networks is a self-suiting monitor and control system that is formed of the software controller. This paper introduces the techniques that built it. It put forward the three supper computer software modes interrelate to the three connection forms of LonWorks networks, and discuss a model digging arithmetic-the combining model digging arithmetic. We modify the value range of fuzzy sub-collection through changing fuzzy control parameters and associate parameters. Its fuzzy value isn’t changed. Subject function of every fuzzy sub-collection only is related with fuzzy value and isn’t related with the fuzzy value area. The fuzzy inferential rules are independent. So, it is predigested to modify knowledge database for only modifying control parameters and associate parameters. And it realizes the purpose that is self-suiting and the control is optimized. In the software structure, self-suiting components and control components are separated. The knowledge database isn’t changed and it doesn’t affect the result that control components deduce when the self-suiting components are digging data. Finishing a digging data and modifying knowledge database, the new knowledge database is effective. Then the self-suiting process and the fuzzy control process are independent. In the control process, the messages that the control components produce are stored in the control database. It spring to alter the states of the performing components that data in the control database control are changed. It doesn’t affect the performing components that the controlcomponents deduce. The fuzzy deducing process and the performing control process is independent.Although we use the separating technology to build the software and to reduce the control delay, the intelligent fuzzy monitor and control system based on LonWorks networks in the upper computer deduce and calculate to produce delay. Especially, communication would spend time and increase delay in the C/S model and the B/S model. Therefore, it only is applicable to the control system that there is delay.
