甜菜抗(耐)丛根病碳氮代谢特性的研究

【摘要】 甜菜丛根病是一种世界范围分布的对甜菜生产和制糖业危害极大的甜菜病害,阐明甜菜抗丛根病的生理和分子机制,对培育抗病品种有着重要的理论和实践意义。本试验运用比较生理学方法,研究了甜菜抗(耐)、感丛根病品种碳、氮代谢的一些生理指标与甜菜丛根病的关系,结果表明:(1)在生育前、中期,病地上甜菜体内全氮量、硝酸还原酶活性、总氨基酸含量总体上表现为感病品种大于抗病品种,而可溶性糖含量是抗病品种大于感病品种,因此适当降低氮代谢水平,稳定糖代谢水平有利于甜菜抗病。(2) 病地上前期全氮量、总氨基酸、硝酸还原酶活性、可溶性蛋白含量和可溶性糖含量均低于无病地,病原菌的侵入均不同程度的降低了碳、氮代谢,最终使产量、含糖率下降。(3)抗、感病品种间叶丛快速增长期叶片的可溶性蛋白含量、叶片硝酸还原酶活性及块根及糖分增长期叶片可溶性糖含量存在着显著差异,故这些指标可作为甜菜抗丛根病鉴定和选种的参考生理指标。上述结果为甜菜抗丛根病品种选育及防治提供了理论依据。

【Abstract】 Rhizomania in Sugarbeet is a disease in the world, which have reduced the yield of sugarbeet and sugar. So it’s very important to illuminate the principle of resistance to Rhizomania in sugarbeet. The research studied the relationship between physiology index of carbon & nitrogen metabolism and the Rhizomania in sugarbeet with the method of comparative physiology. The results showed: (1) During the prometaphase of growth,the nitrite contents, activity of nitrate reductase(NR) and the total amino acid contents of susceptible varieties in diseased soil were higher than the resistant ones. But the resistant varieties were higher contents of soluble sugar than the susceptible ones. Therefore, reducing the intensity of nitrogen metabolism and stabilizing the level of Carbon Metabolism is useful for resisting Rhizomania in Sugarbeet. (2)The nitrite contents, activity of nitrate reductase (NR), the total amino acid contents, soluble protein and soluble sugar in diseased soil were lower than th-ose in non-diseased soil.Infection of pathogenic bacterium could reduce the intensity of carbon & nitrogen metabolism ,which decreased sugar contents and beet yield finally.(3) There were significant differences in the contents of soluble protein and activity of nitrate reductase(NR) of leaves between the susceptible varieties and the resistant varieties during leaves quickly growing phase. The contents of soluble sugar in leaves also had evident differences between different varieties during sugar contents increasing phase. So these indexes could be used in resistant to Rhizomania in sugarbeet. These results provided the theoretics basis for selective breeding and prev-ending in resistance to Rhizomania in sugarbeet.
