基于逆变电源—电弧系统的CO2焊短路过渡过程的计算机仿真

【摘要】 CO2气体保护焊由于自身所具备的许多优点,在生产实践中得到了广泛应用。本文利用计算机仿真的方法对如何提高CO2焊的工艺性能进行了研究。 本文主要包括以下几部分的内容: 第一,介绍了CO2气体保护焊的广泛应用、常见缺陷及产生原因,指出了计算机仿真在CO2气体保护焊短路过渡过程研究中的意义。 第二,简要介绍了系统仿真的基本理论和仿真试验的一般过程,分析了数学模型的作用及建立的方法,了解了一个连续系统仿真的计算机实现问题。确定了本文仿真的性质,为以后的建模打下了基础。 第三,在制定波形控制方案的基础之上,采用模块化的建模方法,分别建立了普通CO2焊短路过渡过程和波控CO2焊短路过渡过程的计算机仿真模型。在模型中充分考虑了逆变谐波的影响,模拟了控制电路对大功率开关器件的控制。 第四,分别针对普通CO2焊短路过渡过程和波控CO2焊短路过渡过程两种情况,对一些参数对焊接过程的影响进行了仿真分析。仿真结果是基本合理的,而且在波控CO2焊短路过渡过程的仿真波形中基本体现出了所制定的控制方案,初步验证了本文仿真方法的可行性。 第五,利用现有的实验系统,进行了大量实验,对前面建立的仿真模型进行了实验研究。结果表明仿真波形与实验波形基本一致,而且与相关理论分析也是相符的。 在文章的最后,给出了本研究的结论。研究结果表明本文所建立的CO2焊短路过渡的仿真模型是合理的,采用MATLAB计算机仿真的方法对CO2焊短路过渡过程进行定性及定量研究是切实可行的。

【Abstract】 CO2 gas shield arc welding has been widely applied because of its many advantages. In this paper, the computer simulation of CO2 arc welding process is studied. This dissertation consists of such parts as follows:Firstly, the application of CO2 gas shield arc welding is introduced, and the usual defects and cause of defects are analyzed. The signification of the study of CO2 gas shield arc welding with computer simulation is pointed out.Secondly, the basic theory of system simulation and general process of simulation experiment are described. The role of math model , the method to make it and the character of simulation are discussed, which are the base of making model.Thirdly, on the base of waveform control method and MATLAB, modularization method is used in the establishment of simulation model of both general CO2 welding short-circuit transfer process and CO2 welding short-circuit transfer process with waveform control. The influenceof inverting harmonious wave has been taken into account in the above models, and the control process of high power switch component is simulated .Fourthly, the influence of some parameters to welding process is analyzed using above two models. The result is reasonable, and the simulation waveform corresponds basically to the control scheme , which proves primarily that simulation method of this dissertation is viable.Fifthly, a lot of experiments have been carried out. The results of computer simulation not only are verified by experiment results, but also accord with correlative theory analysis.At the end of this dissertation, the conclusion is put forward that the simulation model is reasonable and the computer simulation of CO2 welding short-circuit transfer process is viable.
