大规模定制模式下产品设计方法研究

【摘要】 以产品结构化方法和产品配置方法为线索,对大规模定制(Mass Customization,MC)模式下的产品设计方法进行了系统研究。首先综述面向大规模定制的产品设计技术(Design for Mass Customization,DFMC)的理论基础,在探讨产品结构化方法发展过程的基础上,确定创成式BOM方法为MC模式下产品族结构的描述方法;然后分析了产品配置的原理及配置器的推理方法,在产品模型与配置器分离思想的指导下,提出了适用于MC模式的基于GBOM和CBR的产品配置方法,并从产品功能分解和产品结构分解的角度描述了实例检索过程。最后,采用模糊综合评判的方法对相似实例进行了提取,并以纺纱机部件和电池自动检测分选机为例,在实践中对该方法做了验证。

【Abstract】 The method of product design for Mass Customization was studied from the view of product structured and product configuration. The theoretic foundation of design for Mass Customization was summed up. Then after summarizing the development of Bill-of-Material system, the Generic Bill-of-Material was used to representing the product family structure for Mass Customization. The configuration model based on the GBOM and CBR was established under the direction of the independence of product model and configuration. And the process of case indexed was described from the point of view of the disassembling product function and product structure. At the end of the study, Fuzzy Synthetical Evaluation was employed to pick-up the similar case. Examples about the parts of spinning machine and battery automatic quality-evaluating machine were given to verify the method.
