【摘要】 本文基于区域特色产业发展的需要，立足于世界经济全球化和区域经济竞相发展的国际、国内环境中，运用管理学、经济学、工程学等学科理论和分析方法，在充分调研的基础上，系统地分析了泊头市铸造产业的发展问题，通过战略的制定，洞悉泊头市铸造产业的前景，进而通过战略的实施争取光明的前景。在结构上，课题的研究主要涵盖五部分内容，整个研究过程体现了区域特色产业，特别是县域特色产业发展战略的研究体系与分析问题、解决问题的思路和方法，有一定的现实指导意义。 本文创造性地提出了区域特色产业发展战略的研究体系。在分析产业时，运用了战略集团的思想，将生产力促进中心引入区域技术创新体系；在制定目标时，提出了产业价值链的概念和分析方法；在制定战略时，提出了特色产业声誉的理念。另外，在附录给出了产业问题调研的结构体系。 本文给出了泊头市铸造产业发展的三大目标：(1)保持国内三大铸造基地之一的地位与声誉，把产业进一步做大、做强；(2)建成完整的产业链，带动相关产业协调发展，使其在区域经济发展中发挥更大的作用；(3)形成两大战略集团，在艺术铸造方面形成鲜明特色。 本文系统地提出了提升铸造产业声誉、强化发展欲望、搭建知识交流平台、调整生产力布局、制定科学的产业政策等战略措施。在战略控制方面强调了制定目标、分配资源、过程监控与效果评估、战略制度化等措施的重要性。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the development issue of Botou casting industry by the numbers. It is based upon the developing needs of regional characteristic industry. The study is established in the rapidly developing environments of global economy and regional economy. The fruits root in the theories and methods of Management Science, Economics and Engineering. The prospect of Botou casting industry can be discerned by strategy research. The luciferous prospect can be gained by putting strategy into practice. The question for discussion contains five parts. The whole process of study reflects the development strategy studying system of regional characteristic industry. Thoughts and methods of analyzing and solving issue have practical value.This paper creatively presents study system of regional characteristic industry. Strategic group idea is used to analyze industry. Advancing center of productivity is inducted to regional technique innovation system. The conception of industrial value chain is put forth to constitute goals. The opinion of characteristic industral reputation is put forth to constitute measures. In addition, questionnaire and statistics analysis are presented in appendix.This paper presents three strategic goals: Firstly, Holding the status and reputation of casting base, Industry gets better. Secondly, Rounded industry chain is constructed and used to promote economy developing. Thirdly, Forming two strategic groups, it has characteristic in art casting.This paper presents a series of strategic measures: advancing casting industral reputation, strengthening development desire, Putting up flat roof of knowledge communion, Adjusting productivity arrangement and constituting scientific industral policy.
