运用联合试验设计法确定盐效应适宜条件的研究

【摘要】 比较了正交设计与均匀设计两种试验设计方法,提出了能发挥其各自优点的联合试验设计法。该法可用于确定包含非连续性因素(不能用函数式表达)以及连续性因素(可以用函数式表达)的试验的适宜条件。 联合试验设计法主要分为:用正交试验设计法确定非连续性因素及其在备选水平中的适宜水平,以及用均匀试验设计确定连续性因素及其备选水平中适宜的水平范围两部分。 联合试验设计法在乙醇-水体系的应用表明:该法可用于二元共沸、近沸体系的加盐萃取精馏过程中盐效应适宜条件的确定。在对建立的顶空气相色谱采样装置的操作条件进行优化之后,先用正交试验设计法确定非连续性因素盐和萃取剂及其在备选水平中的适宜水平,再用均匀试验设计确定连续性因素乙醇的进料浓度、萃取剂配比和加盐量及其备选水平中适宜的水平范围。该法的应用不仅能达到预期的目的,而且可以大幅度减少所需的试验次数。
【Abstract】 The combined experiment design method is proposed after comparing and contrasting the orthogonal design method and the uniform design method. It’s able to use for determining the appropriate conditions of those experiments containing the noncontinuous factors who can not be expressed with function and the continuous factors who can be expressed with function.The proposed method contains two main parts: one part is determination of the noncontinuous factors by the orthogonal design method and the other is determination of the continuous factors by the uniform design method.Application of the combined experiment design method to ethanol-water system has shown it’s able to use for determination of the appropriate conditions for salt effect in extractive distillation with salt of binary close boiling or azeotropic mixtures. Under the appropriate conditions of sampling equipment of gas chromatographic headspace analysis, determine a suitable salt and a suitable extracting solvent by the orthogonal design method, then determine the fitting feed composition of ethanol-water mixture, the fitting distribution between extracting solvent and mixture, and the fitting salt concentration by the uniform design method. Application of the proposed method can lead to the anticipant experimental results and also decrease the experimental work largely.
