基于Web GIS的农机化信息管理系统研究

【摘要】 要发挥农业机械化在农业现代化建设中的作用,必须加强农机化信息管理。因此,利用计算机技术和现代网络技术,健全完善农机化信息管理和决策支持体系,对于加强农机化宏观调控和微观指导,提高农机化信息管理工作效率,进一步促进农业机械化和农业现代化的发展,具有十分重要的意义。 近年来,在各级农机管理部门适应建立社会主义市场经济体制要求,深化改革,转变职能的进程中,农业机械化信息工作得到了较快的发展,但从总体上看还存在一些有待解决的问题,如:农机化信息采集处理传递手段落后、效率低下,农机化管理统计分析系统软件落后等等。 本论文主要针对目前农机化信息管理统计分析工作中存在的问题,提出了将现代网络技术和Web GIS技术引入到农机化信息管理统计分析工作中,为农机化信息工作提供新手段和新方法,提高农机信息化工作的效率。同时研究各类算法模型为农机化工作提供预测决策支持,提高政府的宏观决策能力。最后对基于Web GIS技术的应用于网络的农机化信息管理系统进行设计实现。 论文的研究结论主要包括以下几个方面: (1)在分析当前农机化信息工作的现状、存在的问题和未来发展趋势的基础上,提出了将现代网络技术和Web GIS技术引入到农机化信息管理工作中去,利用互联网来改变当前农机化数据资料管理统计分析的工作模式,利用Web GIS为农机化信息工作提供新手段、新方法,提高农机化信息工作的效率。 (2)从Web GIS的基本特点、发展现状、构造方法和模型出发,探讨了Web GIS对于农业机械化发展的重要意义。针对农业机械化信息的特点和Web GIS的特点,研究了Web GIS在农机化信息管理发展中的主要应用领域。 (3)对农机化管理中各类预测预报和运筹决策数学应用模型进行研究,并用JAVA编程实现其应用模型程序,将这些模型程序运用于农机化数据资料管理浙江大学硕士学位论文摘要统计分析系统软件中预测决策功能模块的开发。 (4)对基于Web GIS的农机化信息管理系统软件进行系统分析和设计。对软件的需求进行具体的分析,建立系统的开发环境,选择开发工具,针对WebG工S与农机化信息管理系统结合开发时系统数据的复杂性,对系统的数据组织进行了研究,为系统设计一个科学合理的数据组织模型。 (5)对系统开发过程中应用的几个关键技术如:MVC设计模式、存储过程、基于wEB的JAVA图表等等进行了研究,利用JAVA语言开发系统,实现系统的基本功能。 最后对论文当前工作进行总结,主要说明了本文的贡献,针对存在的不足,对系统应用和未来的工作提出了展望。

【Abstract】 The management of agricultural mechanization information should be reinforced to exert the function of agricultural mechanization in the process of agricultural modernization. So, it is necessary to use computer technology and network technology to improve the efficiency of the management of agricultural mechanization information, which will accelerate the development of agricultural modernization.Recently, the management of agriculture mechanization information has fastly been developed, with the reformation made by the agriculture mechanization departments, but, there are also some problems existing in the management of agriculture mechanization information, such as out of date method for the agriculture mechanization information collecting and transferring , poor efficiency software on agriculture mechanization information management and analysis, and so on.In this paper, the history of agriculture mechanization and its status is reviewed; some problems in it and the development trend are unfolded. It is pointed out that network technology and Web GIS must be used into the management of agricultural mechanization information to bring a new method for it. The conclusions are as follow:1. We point out that network technology and Web GIS must be used into the management of agricultural mechanization information to bring a new method for it , based on the analysising of the history, constitutes, principle of Web GIS and its function.2. After discussing the importance of Web GIS technology to the development of agricultural mechanization, the fields, which Web GIS technology could be used, in the management of agricultural mechanization information is researched according to the characteristic of agricultural mechanization information and Web GIS.3. The mathematical matrixes in the agricultural mechanization information system are researched, and their programs written in JAVA , which will be used into the developing of the agricultural mechanization information system, are also introduced .4. Systems analysis and project of agricultural mechanization information system based on Web GIS is presented. The requirement of system is analyzed in detail. The developing tool and the developing environment are also introduced. Because of the complexity of the data frame in this system, a data frame in point is researched to make it useful in the agricultural mechanization information system. The functions in this system, the main technology and the characteristic of this system are pointed out.5. The main technology used in the development , such as MVC pattern, Stored Procedure, JAVA chart based on WEB ,and so on, are researched. At last we develope the system by JAVA.Finally, summarizes the main contributes of our work, those work under improvement and the future work we could do to ameliorate the system.
