【摘要】 建立以经济适用住房为主的住房供应体系，是适应社会主义市场经济和我国国情,加快住房建设，促使住房产业成为新的经济增长点，不断满足中低收入家庭日益增长的住房需求的客观要求。经济适用住房政策自 1998 年实施以来，对降低住房价格和满足中低收入家庭的住房需求有重要的作用，但面临的问题也不少，政府制定经济适用住房政策也常常处于两难的困境。本文运用定性分析与定量分析相结合的研究方法，首先分析了经济适用住房政策实施的市场背景和现状；然后通过计量经济模型，从经济学角度分析了邯郸市经济适用住房政策实施的内在联系；进而分析了住房补贴、住房公积金等对住房市场的影响和问题，并提出有重要借鉴意义的政策建议。本文对经济适用住房政策的制定实施和经济适用住房市场的发展有重要的理论意义和应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The establishment of housing supply system which mainly focuseson economical and appropriate housing suits the socialist marketeconomy and the present situation of our country, accelerates the housingconstruction, develops this industry into a new point of economic growthand meeting the increasing house demand of families with medium orlow income. Since carried out in 1998, the policy of economical andappropriate housing supply has played a significant role in reducinghouse price and meeting the house demand of families with medium orlow income. But also there exist some problems therein, which lead todilemmas for the government to design housing policies. This thesis firstly analyzes the background and current circumstanceof the market concerning the enforcement of the economical andappropriate housing policies by using qualitative and quantitative analyticmethods. Then, it demonstrates the internal relations in the performanceof Han Dan economical and appropriate housing policies from theeconomic point of view through econometric models. Finally, inconcludes the influence and effect on housing market by such problemsas housing allowance, housing funds, etc. and puts forward someconstructive proposals on the design of corresponding policies. This thesis has great theoretical significance and applying value inthe policy design and performance as well as the market development ofthe economical and appropriate housing supply.更多还原
