SMW工法中型钢—水泥土共同作用的研究

【摘要】 本文对 SMW 工法挡土墙进行了较为全面的总结,对做挡墙材料的水泥土的力学性能进行了全面总结,系统的阐述了水泥土的强度特性、强度准则以及水泥土的应力应变本构模型。作者对小规格的型钢-水泥土组合梁试件模型进行了抗弯试验。分析了组合梁从加载到破坏这一过程中,组合梁的受力与变形情况,水泥土和型钢的应力应变变化情况,详细分析了组合梁的承载力、组合刚度以及组合梁的破坏模式。对型钢-水泥土的作用形式引入了三种共同作用概念,推导了组合梁的刚度计算公式。作者对组合梁抗弯模型进行了有限元计算,计算分析值与实测结果的吻合程度较好。在天津地铁改扩建工程洪湖里车站出入口工地,作者对基坑开挖、围护进行了实时监测,掌握了 SMW 工法的工程应用情况。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the SMW wall is summarized roundly, the physical characters ofcement-soil as materials of diaphragm wall, such as its strength theory and itsconstitutive relation, are summarized systematically. The bending tests of small shaped steel and cement-soil composite beamspecimens were done by the author. The author has analyzed the load and thedistortion of composite beams and the stress-strain relation of shaped steel andcement-soil. Moreover, the load ,the composite stiffness and the breakage modeof composite beams were analyzed in detail. At the same time, theoreticalanalysis for interaction are conducted based on three interaction form, thencomposite stiffness formulas were got. The finite-element method was applied to analyze models of composite beams,and the finite-element result are in good agreement with measured data. The measurement at the site are presented in the Honghuli subway stationbuilding site in Tianjin, and the application of SMW was got.
