波浪作用下船舶运动的数值模拟

【摘要】 港口的一个重要功能是为船舶提供防浪掩护,确保船舶进出港口及靠泊时的安全、便利货物装卸。目前在国内外港口工程设计规范中,港内泊稳标准尚无统一规定,主要有两种表达形式:一种是按船舶类型和吨位,以码头前允许波高作为标准;另一种是按船舶类型,以船舶运动量作为标准。但是,波浪引起的船舶运动与波频、波高、波周期及船舶频率响应特性等因素密切相关。因此,单一地以波高或船舶运动量作为泊稳标准显然是不科学的。当前研究这一问题的主要方法还是模型实验,但因其费用高,只宜在设计最后阶段使用。克服这些不足的途径是在设计初期利用计算机数值模拟技术为港口设计方案的选择提供必要的比较数据。 本文采用改进的切片理论-STF 法,配合求解二维辐射势的简单格林函数法,建立了港内船舶运动的微分方程组,并编写了相应的程序。与以往一些相关工作不同的是,在流场边界条件中,本文不但考虑了开放式水域,还可以计算固壁码头存在的情况。另外,本文还引入了非线性横摇阻尼的计算公式,改进了原方法中此方面的不足。 通过与其它文献结论和实验数据的比较,本文的计算结果吻合较好。同时,本文还对波向角、波浪周期对船舶各自由度运动的影响进行了计算和讨论。 本文的研究成果表明,只要设计者获得了船舶的几何构造、重量分布和海况等资料,就可以在一定的精度条件下计算出船舶的运动量和所受的荷载,这对于港口规划设计方案的选择是很有帮助的。
【Abstract】 An important function of the port is reducing the ship motions and minimizingthe wave-induced loads so as to handle cargoes conveniently. Now, in domestic andinternational design norms, there are mainly two expressions for the equilibriumstandard of a berthed ship: one is the acceptable wave height in front of the quays, theother is the amplitude of ship motions. However, ship motions are closely related towave period, height and ship properties. Consequently, it is very irrational toseparately take wave height or oscillation amplitude as the equilibrium standard. Thetraditional method to study this question is physical modeling. But physical model isonly suitable to be conducted in the determine process owing to its great expensive.So, the numerical modeling is an appropriate tool to provide necessary data for thechoice of port plans in the initial design stage. This paper employs the improved slice theory-STF method and Simple GreenFunction method, which is used to solve 2-dimension radiate potential function, toestablish the differential equations of ship motion in harbor. Furthermore, a computerprogram based on the above theories is developed. Different from the former works,this paper not only takes account of the boundary condition of open basin, but alsodiscusses the case of solid wharf. Moreover, the paper introduces the formulas ofnonlinearrolldamping improving the original method. Comparisons between computed values and other references or experimental dataare presented in this paper. The agreement is good. At the same time, the effect ofwave direction and period to the ship motions is discussed in this paper. The result from the paper indicates that if a designer knows the geometricdescription, the weight distribution and sea conditions, he can predict the ship motionsand wave-induced forces in harbor with reasonable accuracy, which is very helpful forthe choosing of port plans.
